I am so delighted with White Dove Care services. Katie has been brilliant with mum and they have, after only a few weeks, made a firm friendship. Nothing is too much trouble and as a family we can relax knowing mum is in very safe hands.

From the moment my Nana and Grandad met Katie, they instantly made a bond with her. My Grandads Dementia has made him more progressively paranoid about all sorts, but his relationship with Katie has been the exception - which is remarkable. This is testament to how amazing she is. Katie's impact on our family has been nothing short of a small miracle. We all adore her and it feels like she is part of our family. With the quiet professionalism and confident approach we all feel safe in her hands. Our family is stronger and happier now she is part of our lives, and for that we all thank you for everything you do for us. x

I wanted to write a review about Katie and white dove care services for the care and consideration shown to my mum. My mum has been steadily declining until it was finally discovered she needed a new hip. Katie and her team were put in place before the operation went ahead so that my mum felt comfortable with them. Katie went to my mums on a regular basis helping her to shower and dress and feel clean and comfortable. They had great rapport as they built a friendship. Katie would help mum with whatever was needed until she was well enough to end her need for a carer. Even then Katie still came to see mum for an hour to have a final coffee and goodbye chat. Mum knows now that Katie and the team are always there going forward should she need more assistance with anything. Thanks to the team for helping us get through this challenging time xx  🕊🕊🕊 absolute pleasure helping carol to get back to normality , she’s an amazing woman and a pleasure to be around.
