A. C.I was very lucky to have my placement for my master's in Music therapy at Latimer court. This involved delivering music therapy for residents of the home in both individual sessions and group sessions with a fellow trainee. All the staff were so welcoming and understanding and I felt straight away that everyone was supportive of what we were doing. In particular, the lead activities coordinator, Rachel, guided us and supported us across the few months we were there. I felt the home was always clean and tidy, with a positive attitude to all their visitors. It was lovely to get to know so many of the residents and connect with them and see that they live happy and well-supported lives at the home.
K. P.Recently worked as an agency nurse for Latimer Court, extremely impressed with how professional and helpful staff are at the home. I was made to feel extremely welcome and was very well looked after during my shift. I have subsequently re-booked more shifts with Latimer court as I enjoy the atmosphere of the home. Care staff are very professional and attentive, ensuring residents are very well looked after. Staff from different departments have been extremely helpful and nothing is too much effort for them. Visitors of residents to the care home are very complimentary of staff, they can not speak more highly of them. Covid 19 infection control policies are strongly adhered to making me feel safe whilst at work.
I would highly recommend care for a loved one or working for Barchester -Latimer Court.
R. K.I had the opportunity to have my Music Therapy work placement at Latimer Court for my Masters course, delivering music therapy group sessions to the residents over 6 months. The staff and our point of contact, the Activities Co-ordinator, Rachel, were all very welcoming and supportive of the Music Therapy group myself and another trainee led. The environment was tidy and there was always a positive atmosphere. It was lovely to have the opportunity to get to know the residents and staff during my time there.
N. B.I have recently had the pleasure of presenting at a finance talk at Latimer Court. As a financial planner specialising in care fees planning I visit a number of homes and I am always impressed by Latimer Court. It is a lovely home with a very welcoming team and if you ever have the reason to be in need of a care home I am sure they will look after you. I find them to be welcoming and friendly and the event was enjoyed by all with lovely refreshments.

The staff are amazing…most have been there a long time which speaks volumes. The atmosphere is relaxed and happy and the residents are treated incredibly well with lots of activities and fun on a regular basis. A beautiful home.

The residents seemed to really enjoy the activities that were on that day and it was a very happy environment to be in. A special mention to a lovely lady called Mandy (I think, sorry if that's wrong), one of the home administrators who took time out of her already busy day to show me around as it was my first time visiting. C. A.Latimer Court is a lovely, well run care home and most importantly, the staff are cheerful, professional, kind and patient to residents and their families. They really helped my Mum to settle in, especially in the first few weeks when she was anxious and disorientated. Now she feels really relaxed and happy. She loves her room and enjoys the food, the activities, the company and the trips out.
P. A.As a professional I visited the home with work. I found the receptionist on duty at the time to be most friendly and welcoming and she obliged in taking me to where I needed to be. Following my visit I enjoy coffee in the bistro with homemade cake that was to die for, I'd like the recipe. I was also approached by a gentleman who introduced himself as the general manager and generally enquired if all was well. On the whole the home is beautiful, clean, spacious and welcoming. If I'm ever in the position of needing care I hope I have the opportunity to enter such an amazing environment. Well done Latimer Court.
M. L.A very pleasant home, staff are very welcoming and always make sure that the residents care and needs are put first. I am at the home weekly delivering session and I am always welcomed like part of the home and the residents are always ready to do my sessions.
Latimer court feels very homely, with a lovely atmosphere, I always look forward to my weekly hour at this home.
E. M.Latimer Court is certainly a home from home! After working with the home for the past 2 years - and working at before this as a HCA - I can safely say they have a team like no other! The food and décor are perfect for the setting, alongside their activities. They celebrate life achievements of their residents so well!
S. B.The most amazing nursing home with specious rooms. Every room has ensuite and the bed linen and towels so first class. The corridors are wide enough to accommodate all the mobility aids. You won't feel guilty to have your relative spend their last years in Latimer court one of Barchester homes. I did not have the chance to see their menu hence four stars.
C. C.A great home and all the staff really care about the residents. I go in on a monthly basis and Chair Based Dance exercise and the difference in the residents in the year that I've been going is phenomenal. I always look forward to my sessions and the joy on the residents faces at the end shows that they do to!

A.I have a friend who is a resident at Latimer Court. She loves it. Its a homely residece, nice and clean and the staff are welcoming, friendly and caring.
D. M.Lovely place, residents seem well cared for and facilities seem ideal for the residents.
Though on my visit, must mention this was the first time I had seen this, a resident was asking for assistance and the staff member on duty ignored her. The resident seemed bed bound and needed help, so I made the staff member on duty that she needs assistance and she didn't seem to care and made some pathetic excuse and carried on watching TV.

All the staff are kind caring and very supportive to both mom and the family as she continues on her dementia journey in a safe environment
The facilities are excellent and well maintained

The home is well run by management and staff as a committed team for the care of residents with many different needs
You are always greeted with a smile by the Admin team when you arrive and the care team are always on hand to answer any questions
We cant thank the staff enough for the care they give to enable the family to continue daily life with the knowledge that their loved one is safe and secure in comfortable surroundings
