A. B.My Mother has spent almost 3 happy years at Westdene House in Rye Close ,Worthing. I found the owners Mahendra and Manju to be very closely and attentively involved with everyday affairs of the home and personally interested in caring for each of their residents and my Mother.
The staff at Westdene also went beyond the call of duty to care for my Mother and were friendly and helpful to me. Sue Krafczyk the manageress took a personal interest in my Mother and often had to interpret my mother's speech which was difficult to understand as she was unable to enunciate her words clearly. All of the staff are relaxed and yet diligent about their work making this residential care home, exactly that, a home rather than a place of work. I would recomend this home to anyone. My thanks go to the Owners of the home and the Staff.
G. J.I volunteered at this care home for work experience in preparation for starting my degree in physiotherapy. I could not fault the staff with regards to the care they provided for the residents. As this was my first experience within the care home setting, they showed me the detail which goes into each residents' care plan and the length to which each resident is treated on a personal level. Residents are listened to and very well respected. Do not be manipulated into believing this home is not fit for purpose by a suspicious group of negative reviews.
T. C.I have never written a review before until now. I was absolutely horrified to read nasty vindictive and FAKE reviews which are clearly from a disgruntled former employee and their friends. It is obvious to me as there is one from the son of a man who has never existed, that name has never been here! I have worked for these people for 5 years and they have worked hard and invested a lot of money in westdene house. I find it disgusting to see such lies written about the place where myself and my colleagues work so hard, and put so much effort in every day. DO NOT believe these blatant lies.

Our dad has been living at Westdene for a couple of years now due to his dementia issues and he is very happy and loves the team who work there.They do such a fantastic job looking after him, and he reminds us during each visit how good the food is.
