My little princess attends Angels and we are delighted with the care provided. We were unsure how things would be post lock down but during lock down they stayed in touch with us, made us feel comfortable and then when we returned we can see how hard they are trying to make sure our baby is safe. We love what the girls do, love the way our baby is developing. I highly recommend Angels, seeing our princess develop, grow and wanting to go to Nursery makes us feel so happy. Well done girls.

My little one had attended Angels since he was 18 months and is now at school. They have done so much for him. He is confident, knows his letters and numbers, is able to to write his own name and I am so impressed with some of the knowledge he has. He has a love for learning which you can see has come from his early years at Angels. The nursery has a wonderful garden for the children to play in. All of the staff are happy and you can see that they really enjoy being with the children. My child had a brilliant bond with his key carer. I found they were welcoming and I had a great time going into nursery when they held parents evenings and workshops. When we drive past, he asks if he can go to nursery even though he is at school. If you are ever looking for high quality childcare I would direct you to Angels. Thank you for everything, I would highly recommend the nursery to anyone.

Lovely nursery, staff are lovely. Managers and owners are great. Whatever we ask for we are given. New parents so I’m guessing we ask a thousand questions but as always Angels are always happy to help us. We love the partnership with us we love visiting the nursery and doing activities with our baby and then recording it on their books. Mother day was special and the nursery made it amazing. The nursery is always clean and the staff always care about the parents, during the bad snow I personally saw the owners clearing the snow at 7:30am to allow parents to enter safety. It’s the little things the nursery does which makes us feel comfortable and happy leaving our baby in their care while we are at work. The key worker relationship is perfect and my baby has moved up to the next room and she has settled in well, the support we get is great and for any parent looking for a nursery who really cares and are passionate about care and learning then I recommend them. I came across Angels through a review I read and felt I should so the same I’m always happy to tell people what I think and I believe it’s a nursery that I am happy to recommend. We are lucky to be expecting our second and his/her name is on the waiting list. Highly recommend.

Second year for my baby at Angels and I wanted to share how great the staff are with my munchkin! I am sat here on Sunday writing this because my daughter is currently ready and dressed for Nursery. She has been asking so politely if she can go to Nursery so clearly they are doing something amazing. The nursery is always changing to make sure its fun for the children, recently the highlight for us has been the revamp of the garden. We attended a workshop in the new garden and honestly I dont know how they transformed a beautiful garden to an amazing garden. The staff recall me walking around the garden on my first visit and I was so impressed so when I hear they were working on the garden I have to admit I was worried. The transformation is amazing and she loves it. It was so nice to have the workshop outside and appreciate the effort the Nursery is making for the children. As a parent I was looking for a nursery which is safe and friendly and this nursery fits the bill, the staff and management are so friendly and are always willing to help. The nursery is always clean and fresh. We love the communication and development reports for our daughter. Our biggest issue was food for our daughter, we were worried that the nursery would struggle because she fights when eating, we have been most surprised as not only does she eat but she actually tells us whats healthy! Couldn't be a happier mum. At the end of the day when collecting my baby I hear how happy the other parents are which make me happy that we decided Angels. For any parents looking for a nursery that's family friendly I recommend Angels. For know I need to persuade my daughter to take her bag off and wait for Monday. Well done Angels.

My 10 month old son has been attending this nursery for two months and I couldn’t recommend it enough. The manager was so helpful during the show around even though we were unable to enter due to covid. I was shown detailed videos of the nursery and given the opportunity to ask as many questions as I wanted. My son even went to stand and interact with the manager during the show around even though he’s usually scared of new people. This was my first sign that this would be a positive place for him. My son now loves going to nursery and gets so excited And shy when he sees his teachers at morning drop off and loves to give them a little cheeky smile when he’s leaving. It’s really helped him become independent and learn to interact with other children and adults. My biggest worry was his naps and his milk. Being breastfed he would refuse anything else especially his bottle and wouldn’t go to sleep without being fed to sleep so I was very worried the staff would struggle, however by the end of his first week he was having two naps a day whilst there and was even drinking a bottle of milk during the day, it genuinely made me so happy to see how much it helped him in such a short space of time. The staff have truly bonded with my son and made the transition Even easier for me and I can’t thank them enough. He had his first parents evening Today (It was over the phone due to covid) and it was so informative. I was told how well he has developed and settled since starting and I was also informed about what his key carer wishes to do with him in order to further his skills. She also asked me what goals I would like him to reach and what I’d like her to work on with him which was really nice as it made me feel involved In what he will be doing at nursery. The parent partnership is great and I always feel comfortable asking them any questions I may have. I also love that at drop off they ask about how his night or his weekend was and when he has bad nights they always ask how they can help even if it means just letting him sleep with no time restrictions. I can honestly say that when I go back to work I will not feel worried at all and will be able to get on with my day without fear of if my son is happy and safe because the smile on his face when I pick him up says it all. From the price to the quality of care given this nursery exceeds expectations. I would recommend it to any parents looking for a safe, happy family friendly environment.

100% RECOMMEND ANGELS DAY NURSERY My two little boys (2&1) attend angels day nursery and I really could not be happier. The staff are absolutely amazing and a credit to the nursery. It's like home to home for my boys. They get so happy when they see nursery and if ever we drive past my eldest asks me to take him to NURSERY. In the current times we are in, angels go above and beyond to make sure they are keeping everyone as safe as possible and have really good policies in place. They have attended since September 2020 and they have both come on so much. There speech, actions, behaviour is so positive. My 2 year old talks about his teachers everyday which shows what a big impact they have on his life. They attend twice a week for two long days. The staff are so professional, welcoming and loving. We have lengthy conversations when I call to check on the boys which is so comforting for me aswell being at work. They also speak punjabi to the boys which is absolutely amazing because they are mixed race. I cannot express enough how happy I am with this nursery. Thank you all so much for supporting them as well as you do!!

Our little girl has attended Angels since she turned one, at first she was a little unsettled but the girls really supported her and helped her settle in as smooth as possible. Within weeks we had noticed a difference, she had become more independent and confident. The girls even showed us photos of how happy she was during her days there and even allowed us to call to check up on her. When we got the news about closure due to covid we were absolutely gutted for everyone at the nursery, they all show so much care and love to the children we couldnt imagine how hard it was for them, but their care for them didn't stop there. They sent work for us to do with our little girl to make sure she stayed on track and they sent as many updates as possible. They even put extra policies in place to keep the children safe after re opening. We feel so confident sending our little girl during these difficult times. Thanks to angels our little girl is growing beautifully, She's coming home speaking sentences and her development is growing each and every day. So thank you Angels.

My Son has been attending this nursery for the past 2 years and I am so happy with the care and support he has received. It is always a worry leaving your child for their first day at nursery but from day 1 he has been more than happy to attend nursery and never given me any reason to think he is not excited to go. The staff are lovely and approachable and I am more than happy with the varied activities on offer. The food on offer at angels is varied and nutritious, and although my son is a fussy eater at home, he eats well at nursery with his little friends, which i am over the moon about. Angels places a high importance on safeguarding and I am extremely grateful for that. I cannot recommend this nursery highly enough.

My twins started at this nursery when it opened, being a new mother of two and both my husband and I being Doctors we were very very picky when choosing a nursery than would meet all our expectations. We attended so many nurseries in both Sutton and Birmingham, we met managers and went to open days but we fell in love with there branch at Great Barr, we went on the waiting list but couldn't get in. The Manager at Great Barr persuaded us to visit the other branches, we fell in love with the group and the managers who really wanted to accommodate us, we decided to join this branch and we have never looked back. The managers and owners are so hands on, so understanding and work around our manic lifestyles. My boys have grown and become a part of Angels, they have met so many nice people who the nursery brings in, the have made lovely friends and I can tell any parent that my children have developed so well in their leaning because of Angels. As a mother of twins and being very busy I needed a nursery that would have a high level of care and love for my children, they have really done justice in their promise and we are so happy with everything that Angels has done and will do for my babies. Their curriculum is second to none, their teachers are trained to deliver the very best and we love the fact that the managers and owners take a real hands on approach. I would recommend highly... In fact our third is already on the waiting list. Well done Angels xx

My little boy has attended Angel's Nursery for 3 year's,since he was 1 year old. Absolutely amazing place. Friendly staff, caring and loving girl's,they helped him a lot,to get out of his comfort zone.He was very shy,he use to be scared of new people, preferred to play on his own,and just few months later, everything has changed.A Big Special Thank You to the management,that also looked forward to meet our needs,with the day's I requested,the patients that they has,the kindness and attention that they've been given. I warmly recommend this nursery. One thing is sure,that if I will have more babies in the future,I will definitely apply in there. Absolutely fantastic! Our son has been attending to this nursery since he was 7 months old. I was very anxious about leaving him, especially that whenever he was around unfamiliar people he was very upset and unsettled and I was more than convinced that signing him up to any nursery would be quite a stressful experience, however to our surprise he settled so well and so quickly. From the first time I visited this nursery I knew that this is the only place where I am willing to leave my son. The facilities looked very safe, including the garden, there are CCTV cameras covering every spot and most importantly the staff were so kind and friendly and I could tell that they really know what they are doing. Our son is 15 months old now and he absolutely loves it. He loves every single member of staff and he always has a smile on his face when I drop him off and pick him up. They have such a lovely approach to all the children and I am so happy to know that my son is in good hands. I can see his development and how quickly he is learning. Constantly he comes back home and we discover that he's just learned a new thing. They also keep a record of everything in his folder, where all the milestones are recorded, including staff observations and even photos and videos, including a video of his first steps. I cannot recommend this nursery highly enough, it is such a relief knowing that he is so comfortable staying there and being looked after so well.
