"Great coaches" "serious experience" and "great knowledge" Marc plunkett and jimmy the owner are the best around... You wont be disappointed 💯

J. B.Having traveled around extensively over the past years, I've had the opportunity to try out a pretty sizeable number of mma gyms in a number of countries.
Phoenix MMA easily ranks among the best. Their membership rates are very reasonable, the facilities are spacious and their instructors are top notch. I took muay thai classes which have been some of the most exciting, invigorating and helpful classes I've had so far.
The gym staff is friendly and approachable, and Phoenix MMA caters to people from all levels and ages - from kids to actually Cage Warrior pro fighters.
Would love to visit again once I find myself back in Bournemouth.
M. S.Trained at Phoenix MMA since 2011, had a break for a couple of years and came back recently - it’s quite simply a wonderful place to train. Jimmy and his team are excellent at what they do, the people who train here are super friendly - I can’t recommend Phoenix MMA enough! It’s for everyone, elite sportsman to recreational martial artist - come join the family, it’s ace👍
