We run a children's activity business and as part of our Covid 'bounce-back' plan, we asked Cerys to run a monthly online zoom coaching session for our network of franchisees. The focus of the sessions is on 'approaching schools and nurseries' using her tried and tested methodology. Her knowledge, advice and expertise is second to none. Each month, she holds each franchisee accountable for their 'to-do' list and creates a safe environment for people to offload and problem solve as part of a team. The franchisees really see the value in her programme and many of our teachers are now working at full capacity as a result.
