Home of champions and novices alike. You train and learn with the best. Kickboxing, MMA, BJJ and more, and they do classes for kids too.

F.Brilliant gym to train in and learn martial arts my Daughter does the kickboxing along with her son and myself and my wife go to the Boot Camp to keep fit twice a week after work all the people there are friendly and the Owners are great people too give it a try that's all I can say if you think your good enough

P. K.Fantastic place to get fit. Stuart is the guy that runs and owns it and he us immense. Wayne And Pete are super guys there too. Wayne is my personal trainer and I can't recommend him highly enough. If you like MMA and kick boxing then you'll fit right in here. No fancy tv's on the wall and people admiring themselves in the mirror as they lift weights, just bags and hard work is what you'll find here.
