Raw Taekwondo is a wonderful place for kids to train in the noble martial art of Taekwondo. The environment is kind, friendly and Master Robertson and his team have been the most welcoming with my wee one who came really homesick from our home country , Colombia. Without the warmth, discipline and charisma of the academy, Amelie would have dropped out her practice. Thank you for making us part of your team of athletes!

My kids have attended Raw since it started and it has true intentions at the heart. It is great value for money the Raw family are clearly in this for the sport and that shines through with their commitment to all the kids and adults they train. The sport itself is amazing for fitness and it installs discipline from a young age, its great for co-ordination and social skills. It is an all round family club that wants to give the kids from surrounding communities something to focus their energy on. Highly recommended this club whether you want to just keep fit or compete its the place to be. Go TEAM RAW!

My son Dyllon first started at age 5 and the club was excellent for him learning social skills as well as improving his listening skills and physical fitness. Unfortunately at 8 due to his football commitments he left and rejoined again at 13. The coaches welcomed him back with open arms and made such a fuss of him returning. In his short time back at the club I have seen a huge difference to his confidence, commitment to getting fitter and learning new skills! I would recommend this club to anyone as the coaches are both caring and very professional. The club really is one big family and they value their students. Thank you for everything.

Fantastic, First class club. A welcoming team of students who encourage each other throughout classes. Once you try it you will love the atmosphere of how a great team train together and show support to each other. The hardest part is to stand in a class for the first time with nerves shaking you inside, but once you try this club at the end of that first class you will leave wanting more of Raw Taekwondo. Fitness and fun all rolled into one.

Both of my sons started at Raw over 2 years ago after a recommendation from another parent. They had wanted to try taekwondo for a long time and from the minute we entered the club on their open day we felt welcome. The coaches are very professional while still making the classes fun and exciting for the children and they offer a variety of classes from adults through to tots which my daughter attended from the age of 2. Their efforts to ensure people can still train safely during the current COVID situation have been fantastic with Zoom classes, cook-a-longs and outdoor sessions. All 3 children love their classes and we have always felt part of the Raw family. I would highly recommend Raw if you’re thinking about joining a club.

Excellent Taekwondo Club ! My daughter Cheyenne joined the Raw Taekwondo team and she loves it ! Their attitude is really great and it moves the students to another level. Very good quality work with all team members with the recognitions of individual needs. Very friendly, helpful and professional. Wide range of classes in more categories from little kids to adults and families ( the work and patience with the kids is excellent ), 7 days a week and big plus is that they have own fully equipped gym - Dojo ! Very satisfied also with the communication as they are responding quickly and always happy to help. Updating all news, information, announcements and upcoming events along with posting and sharing new photos and videos is really working brilliantly and everyone is able to find fresh info very quickly by their website, FB page and also by receiving emails or texts. I can highly recommend this club, they really know what they are doing...Thanks for the excellent work ! My daughter is really proud to be a part of this team. All the Best to upcoming Years, keep the great job and high quality going !

RAW Taekwondo is the perfect martial arts setting for all of the family. The coaches and staff are amazingly professional and very friendly and the training environment is just fantastic. By far the best bit is the all encompassing team spirit which is second to none. My whole family have trained at the dojang and will do for many years to come. Simply awesome.

A very professional establishment with great and very experienced coaches and instructors.With Students from tots all the way up to adults also a great family experience. Raw Taekwondo has worked exceptionally hard to keep everyone fit and happy during this very tough year we all are facing such as keep fit at home with zoom classes, outdoor socially distant exercise. Raw Cook alongs and zoom quizzes for the whole family. Before we were in this unprecedented time we would be training very hard in our professional gym. Learning our martial art with many opportunities with gradings, competitions and the opportunities to travel and participate in worldwide competitions. A great dojang and worth a visit and see for yourself!! Highly recommend.

Firstly great fun, variety and exceptional expertise in the instructors. The Facility is amazing with all the best gear, not just for TKD but for all kinds of fitness. Really family oriented and inclusive, and challenging for the more experienced practitioners (in the adult classes). Highly recommend!

Robert and his team have pulled out all the stops to ensure we continued to have the best experience from online to outdoor classes! If you are looking to introduce your child to a new sport or if you personally are looking for a new sport then look no further. RawTKD has first class Coaches, First Class facilities but most of all has first class people from top to bottom. I first went to RawTKD to gain some fitness and now I feel part of the family. Master Robert Robertson is well known and well respected across the taekwondo community... and that is world wide. I have known Robert for over 10 years and I have never met somone as dedicated to helping as many people succeed as him. To have a coach who has competed at the very top is pretty exciting. Not many places have a commonwealth athlete guiding them. I URGE you to go down for some sessions and you will not be disappointed.
