Trainers are top notch. Working gym for actual cage fighters, but also extremely welcoming for complete noobs with no experience to train and get fit.

Dropped in for BJJ and wrestling while passing through Glasgow. Top notch coaching, friendly people. Really nice mats for falling on too. Will definitely be back!

I started at this gym a year n a half ago to do a boxing event for Cancer research. I got hooked the gym is a fantastic place all staff r brilliant especially with new people. Very friendly place do loads of classes and positions recommend this place to all especially for me i suffer really badly with mental health and the gym gives a focus and keeps me in control of myself and my mind more than just a gym.

Awesome place to train, great people and coaches. Miss the days in my old job were I could train 4 or 5 days a week. Then the bean counters at HQ moved my job to Prague, and paying them £1.80 per hour.
Fat chance of training in my currant job with 60-70 hour weeks 😡

I've been going to BJJ here for a few months. Coaching is great. Really supportive for beginners and the coaches take the time to work with everyone in the room. Great attention to detail. Fantastic atmosphere, friendly but everyone shows up to train. The month pass gives unlimited access to all classes so I may even try Muay Thai or some boxing yet.

This is an important place. Supportive, learning and progressive thinking. Doesn't matter about your shape, size and ability its a wonderful place to get motivation and learn. I thoroughly recommended for all.

I started at the Grip January 18 through the Fundamentals of MMA course, when that finished I signed up for the monthly and trained consistently until September. This included a mixture of Muay Thai, BJJ, and MMA mainly ... and I started back again this year. I felt anxious about training at the start, but everyone makes you feel really welcome, and it forces you out of your comfort zone by meeting new people, and training with them. The classes are hard, always walk away drenched in sweat. For 70 a month, I get to go to as many classes as I want. I always feel happy when i'm there training, hitting pads or grappling, you forget about everything, and you meet lots of nice people.
thank you. Mike

My daughter attends the kids Muay Thai classes here. It is a friendly, welcoming place and although the work is hard, the kids all have fun with it.
