T. G.I have never done any martial arts before. I was nervous at first of even going to my first class, but it is something I have wanted to do for a long time. I went to my free lesson and was greeted by the full class, they all seemed welcoming which eased my nerves. The class was very friendly and fun, and I did really enjoy it. It was nothing like I expected, and I would recommend everyone give the free first lesson a go as you have nothing to lose! Thank you.
