I completed my CBT training with John. Really good instructor, made me feel welcome and at ease as this was the first time of riding a motorbike. John's teaching ability, his vast experience and knowledge gave me a lot of confidence in understanding my strengths and weaknesses. Safety was right up there on the day both off and on the road. Even as car driver 85% of the time, this course has made me appreciate the presence of motorbikes on the road. Well worth attending and I would definitely recommend CAM Rider.

Jon was the instructor and an absolute star. He’s very patient and knowledgeable and has a great way of delivering the course with a great sense of humour and a really lovely way of imparting his experience and knowledge. Really put the two of us completing the course at ease and without pressure to get everything correct. I cannot thank him enough and he is a real credit to cam rider. He’s someone with a true conviction/vocation to helping people/riders. A real biker and someone who goes the extra mile. Well done Jon, you will be getting people from my/our circle of friends hopefully taking up training with you moving forward.

John was everything you need as an instructor. From the very start all the way to the end John was perfect. A very good humour and a strong depth of knowledge goes along way, which he portrayed naturally. Nothing was forced and I felt comfortable at all times. Even when struggling with the clutch he calmed me down and made me maintain a positive and focused attitude. Throughout the course offering the most valuable of knowledge and offering some amazing advice. Without John, I wouldn't of passed, perfect instructor!

Yesterday i passed my CBT it was great I was the only trainee as the other person didn’t turn up. I couldn’t of asked for a person to train me than John he went through everything I needed to know and had the patience of a saint. There’s so much to learn and the course is intense at times but we’ll worth it. Thanks John for helping me with my confidence to be a great biker chick.

CAM Rider in Ipswich were excellent today. Our instructor John was very good at explaining and demonstrating everything clearly and concisely with much appreciated humour and patience. The new Yamaha bike I used for my test was comfortable, manageable and easy to handle. To confirm CAM Rider's high reputation, one of the other riders being tested had travelled from the West country.

Took my CBT today 30th August 2022 at Ipswich, the instructor for the day was John, the whole experience was so enjoyable, from the onset I felt I was meeting up with an old friend who also knew a lot about riding bikes ! So calm and patient yet leaving nothing out, demonstrating the manoeuvres in the training ground a thorough run through the highway code, a great interaction wa questions and answers element, in the afternoon we went out on the road to our new found knowledge into practice, another enjoyable experience with John gently pointing out any minor errors and tips how to avoid repeating them, a thoroughly enjoyable day

I attended Camrider Ipswich on 2 August 2022 for a CBT course. My instructor, John, could not have been more accommodating, helpful or encouraging. I had some difficulties getting to grips with the training pad but John persevered and ensured that I had the requisite time to complete the training before getting out on the road. From not riding a bike for several years and booking a 5 day course. Cbt was very informative and John is a great instructor I learned so much day one. Day 2 & 3 with Jim was excellent. Everything was clear and explained so simply and what what shown made sense. There training helped me and my friend sail through mod 1 and within 10 days mod 2 was passed Highly recommend camrider ipswich, John Jim Alan are the nicest blokes you can meet and without a doubt will do everything they can to help you pass. I took my CBT at Cam Rider Ipswich on the 8th August 2022 and was taught by John. From start to finish it was an enjoyable and relaxed experience. His knowledge and teaching style is good along with a good sense of humour to help you through. And you are taught with a "will pass" attitude. Nothing is too much trouble and he will re cover things if you arent sure. There is very little classroom work and lots of practical, with a two hour ride out to check your skills after. If you are serious aboiut passing your CBT and want to learn the best way possible then Cam Rider is the best option. Thank you John

First test is finding Camrider (Ipswich). Totally worth it once you do. John, the instructor, is down to earth, patient and knowledgeable. Great teaching techniques. The bikes are easy to handle and the whole course is taught at a pace determined by your skill level. I'm a complete novice, 46 years old and went to do the CBT. A little nervous to begin with but I was feeling pretty confident on a manual motorcycle by the end of the day. Time and money well spent. Thanks John @Camrider 👍

Jon the Instructor is one of the best instructors I've hadCalm understanding and to the pointThe way he produces the information is simplified yetCovers all the points you need to pass a CDT Great day will go back to complete my A license. Edit: Just finished my full bike test with Jim, great guy easy going and gets you covering all the points and monuvers you'll need to pass your mod 1 & 2 with no problems, amazing delivery of information and will even help your nerves on the way to the test with his Dad jokes amazing people here giving a top service would recommend to anyone around. If I could give them 6 stars I would.

I would like to send many many thanks to John, Mike and Jim for training me through my cbt's and my five session full licence course, which I passed in January, mod1 & mod2 both passed on the first attempt. I found it a thoroughly enjoyable serious but relaxed experience, they leave no stone uncovered in training you to be a safe confident rider. Listen to what they say, their experience, their training and all the hints and tips and you can't go wrong.

I had John as my instructor and he was the loveliest instructor i could've asked for, before starting I was so nervous but he walked me through step by step until I relaxed and gained some confidence. Whenever you're riding a bike you'll be wearing an earpiece and he'll be talking you through it - incredibly helpful when going on the road. The jokes were cracking, really lightened my mood 10/10 would recommend

Excellent training school. Did my CBT in June, then soon after a 6 session Direct Access Course. Excellent instructors, very knowledgable and extremely helpful for a new rider! CBT was in a group of 4, the majority of my 600cc sessions were 1:1, with the occasional 2 pupils to 1 instructor. I passed both tests first time, with 1 and 2 minors respectively! Would highly recommend CamRider to anyone in the area thinking about riding.

Did my CBT with these guys and you couldn't ask for better instructors. I grew up riding bikes and the instructor I had recognized that and let me do my test on a 500cc bike, so that made me laugh. Until I got home and rode my YZF R125cc ... Suddenly it felt very slow :)

The team in Ipswich, led by Matt are brilliant. The set up is efficient, the bikes new, very well looked after and just great to experience. I was a nervous wreck as I arrived for my first session with a view to getting me through the Module One test that had thwarted me five times before (not with Cam Riders I might say). What a diffence it made to have thorough instruction, confidence built and delivered with humour. So, module one cracked I was carried on a wave of enthusiasm and support from the team of Matt, Jan and Andrea to take the second part and get my full bike licence. I did it!! THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH.

Hi, As of yesterday I have now completed my Mod 2 bike test for the DAS course and now hold my full A licence, which I am very happy about!
