What a wonderful experience! I have never been to a cookery class and can't believe it took me so long. Chandni made me feel immediately welcome, the class size was small and not intimidating. No question was a silly question. I learnt so much about spices, cooking times, tips on how to store food, cooking equipment and obviously new receipies to make. I've already made the chapatis at home (something that I've been trying to make on my own for years) with great results! I felt that the ethos of this cookery school is based on health and minimal food waste, which is very important to me. Very impressed and will be back soon. Thank you so much.

I had joined the Indo-Chinese course and the experience was fantastic. I had so much fun and enjoyed every moment of it, from learning about the different ingredients, to the methods, techniques and of course eating the food!
Chandni is great, she shares her love and passion of cooking through out the experience. Being a foodie myself I highly recommend an encourage you to book a session asap. I cannot wait to learn more on future classes that I signup to.

Absolutely amazing class by the very talented Chandni of Leicester Cookery School. Each instruction was simple & easy to follow. She was patient & gave many tips during the session. I had so much fun & definitely feel inspired to keep baking. The chocolate fudge cake tasted moreish and I can't wait to learn more from this wonderful chef:)

I'm at an age when I don't need more things so buying presents for me becomes very problematic. However knowing my love of Indian Vegetarian food my wife bought me a voucher for a one to one cooking session with the Leicester Cookery School. I wanted to wait until all Covid restrictions had been removed and booked a suitable day in May, which I have just completed. All in all it is a very relaxed and informative experience. I chose four dishes, everything had been prepared before I arrived and I was taken step by step through the techniques. It's as hands on as you want it to, informal but structured and the food I made was delicious and authentic. My wife is very much looking forward to sampling the results of her generosity for dinner tonight.

It was a wonderful experience, I learnt so much in just one session, it was more than watch Chandni deliver the session. Chandni shared her vast knowledge, experience & tips, there was an opportunity for Q&A.
The best bit was tasting the food and meeting new people. I would highly recommend Leicester Cookery School and look forward in trying more classes in the future.

Great experience! We chose South Indian food, your shown step by step how to make the dish and get to take notes and taste test. We made our own Dosa at the end which was great. Good value for money and very informative and helpful, will be returning!

Fantastic experience with the Authentic Indian cookery class. Really educational, what spices to use, when, how to use them and how to make first rate chapattis. Excellent! I took my 17 year old lad and his GF, they both really enjoyed it.

My wife and I took a private class and absolutely loved it. It was a great way to spend time together and learn some skills + delicious dishes. Our teacher was really good and showed us how to cook at our level. The best part was the tasting at the end! Would recommend this to all

Me and my partner joined a Bespoke class as a present. It was great fun, we were able to prepare all the dishes with Chadni just guiding us how to do it. Was a total hands on experience which was well appreciated! I would definitely recommend it :)

We did the South Indian class. We came all the way from London and I can say hand on heart it was definitely worth it. The class was really informative, layed out in an easy way for us to understand and it was fun! We learnt how to make so many dishes including dosa, idli, upma, utahpam, sambhar and chutney. Our amazing chef and teacher went through everything step by step and let us ask questions whenever we needed to. We will definitely come back for future classes!!

I recently attended an evening class and really enjoyed the experience. Having almost zero cooking skills previously, I was impressed by how simply cooking was taught in an easy to grasp step-by-step way. It was fascinating to learn about the way different ingredients and spices interacted, and I left feeling a lot more confident about vegetarian cooking. The overall vibe was really friendly and a lot of laughs were had during the evening. Would recommend.

Fun experience. Such yummy dishes. I have found the recipes to be easy to follow and the ingredients are easily available = a match made in the kitchen. I would highly recommend

I did this small personal cooking session as it was recommended to me. It was absolutely AMAZING. The workshop was really fun, professional yet informal. Perfect for myself, being not the most experienced in the kitchen. The Chef Chandi was so well researched and it was obvious she has tons of experience and this is her passion. We tasted everything that was made and it was delicious, I bought my Mum along as something nice together. The first session was making my own Seitan DonR Kebab, Mock Fish and Mock Tandoori Chickn and Fresh Naans. It was all stuff that I’ve paid a lot of money for in Fancy Vegan restaurants, I’m glad now I know the secrets to it and can’t wait to experiment. All in all a 10/10 experience. Thank you so much, can’t wait for the other sessions once the doors open up again.

me and my partner attended a pizza making class online which was bought as a xmas present and have to say I would highly recommend, we both wasn't sure what to expect and had fairly basic skills to making pizza's but we learn't so much that we weren't aware off from the tomatoes to use to how to knead the dough and how to cook, Great class and teacher was well run can't wait to try our new skills out in our pizza oven
