D. D.This was my first time booking exams for learners, and the staff at the centre went above and beyond my expectations to help me through the process. From my initial phone call and all the way through, the staff were friendly, helpful and happy to take the time to fully explain things to me. There were a few problems at my end and the staff were flexible and very understanding. I was also impressed at how well the staff communicate amongst themselves to ensure an efficient and effective service. Excellent customer service from staff that take the time to understand your situation and have the knowledge to help you.
N. S.I have sat the majority of my AAT exams here and have always felt at ease. Booking exams in is very straight forward and I have always managed to get the date and time I want. Staff are very friendly and efficient. Also, It’s a very nice atmosphere compared to other test centres I have been to. 10/10 definitely recommend.
O. W.I've been taking assessments at Pitman Liverpool while distance learning AAT qualifications. For me, the best benefit of distance learning is the flexibility to study at your time and pace. The availability of assessment slots at Pitman make this so easy. They have three time slots most Mondays and Wednesdays. The booking process is simple and can be done over the phone or on their online booking portal. The staff are friendly and professional and have answered any questions I may have had. The fees they charge external candidates are pretty standard.

Lisa and the team have always been so friendly and helpful, and make you feel comfortable and relax, which helps you forget for a bit that you're about to take an exam.

I was impressed by the precautions taken against COVID 19. I noted that my desk and equipment has been cleaned before I used them, and also that they were cleaned again as soon I had left the test room.

P. G.Took an exam at Pitman Training in December, staff were friendly and welcoming. Exam room equipped for approx. 15 students to take exams at once, but the room did not feel overcrowded. Due to the nature of my exam the results were available immediately, and was able to take a print out to confirm this back to the office that day.
