A. C.All 3 of my boys go to Thai Kwon Do here. Staff are very professional and friendly. Well structured lessons and fun. I like the progression from little ninjas to kicking kids as well as the stripes and belts. My boys like to see the progress they are making.

R. B.Don't let anyone tell you Martial Arts is for youngsters. I started as a 51 year old and achieved my Black belt at 58. And I wasn't even the oldest student!! Don't get me wrong, it wasn't easy. But GMSMA students and Instructors in both Livingston and Bathgate gyms are like an extended family, with everyone, no matter what age or belt colour willing to help and assist others. I only wish I'd started Taekown-Do a lot earlier.

GMSMA Taekwon-Do Online Training is extremely helpful both for Black Belts and Students to continue with their training, you get professional advice, attention and motivation, access to qualified Instructors, You get the highest level of personal accountability, you can work at your own pace with the benefit of unbroken training by keeping your fitness levels up and it boosts well being.
