Our child has been attending Alphabet House for almost 2 years and we are very happy with how he's doing. The staff are friendly and professional and provide ample feedback on his progress through reports and photographs of activities. He's always in a very chatty mood when we fetch him and has become noticeably more confident since starting. He should be well prepared when he starts school.

My daughter started in June 2021 and she absolutely loves it. The staff are reliable and caring. They always come up with different educational and fun activities for the children. They also take them out to the park and playgrounds when the weather is nice. I am really happy with all of the teams work so far and I believe my daughter really enjoys her time there. My two children have been with Alphabet house family for 8 months and have thrived in many ways from attending this nursery. They are always welcomed in a positive and happy environment and always have a great day to share with me. Not only this but the staff members have done a fantastic job in settling them into nursery life and have made a positive contribution to their learning and development. I have worked at the Alphabet House Nursery school as an employee from January 2019 and can honestly say the support we receive here is amazing! We have all taken great care in the nursery start up and work amazingly as a team. Each staff member brings their own unique style, creativity and care into the setting. The team are constantly going above and beyond to make sure we are working in close partnership with parents and of course their child's need is always top priority. We have a great culture here at the Alphabet house nursery and are all VERY excited to see the nursery grow and expand helping children in the early stages of life.

This is an amazing nursery, very responsive, kind and responsible. Today was our last day there because unfortunately we live a bit far away from the nursery but I would highly recommend it to anyone; from all the nurseries I have visited in the Year this was my favourite, very clean, organised and with loads of fun activities. Big shout-out for Lauren who is such a sweetheart and who my toddlers loved to see whenever I brought them in and huge thanks to Shana as well who was super helpful and kind the entire time we were there.
