The staff are friendly and very thorough especially Zoe and Rebecca as they would explain how our son got on every day when we picked him up. We liked they prepare freshly cooked meals on site. Unfortunately our son just attended the nursery for a few weeks due to house move. We would highly recommend it if you're in the area.

Outstanding nursery which provided brilliant care and a variety of adventures to the little ones. The staff are fabulous, very friendly and you can tell they really care for the children. They provided observations and would keep you updated with all changes around your child's learning and development. My son has attended Brightsparks Eltham since he was a year old. Today will be his last day as he'll be starting school in September and l know he will miss his teachers and friends! We'll forever be grateful and many thanks for everything!!

I just wanted to thank you and all the staff, who despite everything with the current situation, always approach everything with a smile. It must be tough at times if you have little ones abit upset and unsettled but whenever myself or my husband have come to the Nursery for drop-off or to collect our son, there is always a friendly face eager to tell us about our son’s exciting day and everything that he has been doing - so thank you. Thank you for looking after our little ones and making things fun and exciting for them and never making anything seem too much trouble! Our son has been attending for almost a year and we couldn’t recommend Brightsparks enough, he thoroughly enjoys it! What a great Nursery!

Brightsparks nursey is a brilliant place to go, the staff make you feel welcome and there so friendly. My daughter absolutely loves the nursery, she struggles to leave me in the morning but the staff encourage her to play and reminds her that mummy will be back to collect her and then away she goes to play. They have helped my daughter to come out of her shell as she was a very shy little girl. I would recommend the nursey to everyone.

I was very impressed when I visited this nursery, I have been round a few in the local area and felt that Brightsparks would be the best for my child. The children were all very happy and content and the nursery manager was very friendly and helped with all my questions. My child has been attending Brightsparks now for 3 months, and goes in each day happy and when I arrive to collect, never wants to leave!

I love this nursery. My daughter started in September last year and the difference in her is amazing. The staff in her class are fantastic. She struggled with being left for a few weeks and the staff have gone out of their way to welcome her and settle her, to the point that she now talks about them at home and runs to them each morning for a cuddle!

our son has been attending Brightsparks for nearly a year now, and to be honest we couldnt be happier. everyone is amazing, the way they receive children everyday shows how much they care about them. our son was really shy in the beggining but now he is really open and he loves it very much. My child has been here since September 17 and loves it. I visited a few nursery’s in the area and I’m so glad I choose this one for him, he loves it and loves the staff so much! They are all happy to greet us in the morning they are all very friendly. He never wants to leave I have to bribe him with stuff to get him to leave the building!

A bright light on the grounds of a, otherwise, school with a bit of a dark history. The practitioners work incredibly hard, over long, daily hours, to care for the children entrusted to them. Fully recommend as one of those "one in a million" nurseries where a child can be left without fear.

Brightsparks is a fantastic nursery with fantastic STAFF my Daughter loves going to nursery every morning..she packs her own brightsparks bag every night and is always very excited to see friends and staff.. She has come on leeps and bounds since starting and is enjoying learning new things..I would highly recommend this nursery..very friendly staff that make you feel more than welcome.. Staff have done a brilliant job building this nursery from scratch..I have watched it grow in numbers and watched new members join..my daughter is making many new friends and it's been a pleasure to watch this nurserys growth...Sam you have done a fantastic job and as a family we can't thank you enough.
