My son attended Carey Hall from Sep 2019 to Sep 2021 and absolutely loved it there. I can’t say enough about Lisa and the team. They were always so caring and thoughtful with an amazing attention to detail when it came to activities and events. My son became really conversant during his time there and was always so happy to attend. It really is a home from home experience with such a lovely team who clearly, genuinely care about all the children in their care. I would throughly recommend Carey Hall to anyone.

Both my daughters enjoy their time spent at Carey Hall. It is a ideal place if you want a small intimate setting for your children.
The staff are warm and really know how to gage with the children.
The owner of the establishment is a very warm person. Always greets you with the biggest smile.
I am very happy with Carey Hall.

I have sent both my daughters to Carey Hall and couldn’t have been happier with the care and nurturing they have received.
Lisa and the team are true professionals and Carey Hall really is about the children. All the activities are themed around the children’s interests, not some pre set curriculum, and it’s play-based - something that was very important to us as parents because we wanted them to have FUN. Which they certainly do. Carey hall encourages their curiosity by engaging them with their surroundings. They explore and learn about the environment around them.
The team organise fabulous days out and experiences. I fondly remember a pre COVID trip to Southend, a great day on the coach with activities for the kids.
It’s so easy to communicate with Lisa and the team, they have time for you, and as such you feel good about leaving your little people with them. It’s a home from home for them.
If you are looking for childcare that has a family feel then Carey Hall is ideal. My girls have made friends for life and had a lovely start to their early education.

Both my children attended Carey hall from the age of 2. My daughter has left and gone to school now but still talks about her days there and misses the staff so much. They became like family to us, so welcoming and lovely to the children and I knew 100% they were in safe hands.
It’s not only the learning they do there, it’s all the fun times too. The journal you get with photos of what they have been up to is so lovely, the trips out to see local wildlife, the birthday celebrations. It’s a very intimate setting and they really get to know your child.
My son is still attending Carey hall and loves his days there, I’ll be sad when it’s time to say goodbye and move on to big school. I couldn’t have wished for a better start for both of them.

Our two year old twins started attending Carey Hall in 2021. It was one of their first experiences of mixing with other children in a classroom environment after spending over a year at home with us due to COVID-19, so we were very concerned about how they would settle in. Lisa, Hollie and the rest of the team at Carey Hall did a fantastic job of easing them in from Day 1 and by the end of the first week, it was clear that the children were looking forward to attending and enjoying their time there. Aside from the friendly and caring attitude of all of the staff, we also appreciated: 1) the nursery's flexibility in accomodating the specific needs of our children and taking them on from part way through a term; 2) the clear and regular communication via text and phone, particularly with Hollie; and 3) the way that they go the extra mile to help out (eg. Hollie dropped the children's coats back home over a weekend when we forgot them at the nursery and even got us a set of prompt cards to help us with their speech development.) Carey Hall was strongly recommended to us by a friend and based on our excellent experience, I would be pleased to recommend Carey Hall to others.
