I've been with Destination Education as a supply teacher for just over a year now. I started off being a bit hesitant as I was offered supply jobs in East London. But they understood and listened to my preference, so the schools I am now sent to are quite local to me and are really lovely schools. Harrison and Ethan have been great with communicating with me, always looking out for me and usually manage to get a supply job on the days I'm available. I can't wait to find something more long term / permanent with them!

I’ve been working with Education Destination for quite some time now. Firstly, I’d like to say how amazing the team is. Not only are they friendly, understanding and professional, they also take in what you say and make sure they can provide you with the best suited school. Destination is a good agency. I like working for them. I have been with them since 2020 and hope to continue for as long as I can. I feel that I have never been forced to go to a school I did not like. In the event I have felt uncomfortable about a booking I have been able to honestly refuse and say why I wouldn't take that booking.

Destination are an amazing agency! The staff are very kind and considerate. When giving me work they are understanding of where I would like to be placed, and find me a job whenever I want one. They are always good with payment on a weekly basis, and any issues (though they are rare) are sorted out quickly. Overall I have nothing bad to say about them. I would definitely recommend!

Great agency, in fact the best in London in my opinion. They placed me for work straight away. I registered with them during half term, the Tuesday after the half term they put me forward for an interview. They kept in touch with me throughout the whole process. I started working with destination education as a supply teaching assistant at the beginning of this academic year and it has been exactly what I’d hoped for: a great introduction to working in schools. I’ve found supply work really enjoyable as it involves working with different year groups and teachers each week. This means you build your experience with different age groups fairly quickly, and get to know how abilities vary between years. At the same time, supply work is incredibly flexible so I am able to fulfill my other commitments. I would therefore highly recommend this agency if you’re looking for engaging and enjoyable work that fits around your schedule.

I have found the schools they sent me to on long term and short term supply very supportive and accommodating. I have always been sent to schools close to my home which is very convenient for me. Great company! Conor and Craig are especially fantastic! I really like the relationship I have with the company. They check on you from time to time. If I am ever worried about anything I literally call/email them. The company made my transition from University to the working world so smooth. I have been happily working as a teacher for several years with a permanent contract. Recently, I decided to go into supply teaching. I initially thought it might be daunting. My concerns were that I wouldn’t find a permanent job or a regular daily work, but since signing up with Destination Education at Broadgate Circle (London) I have found the team there to be; reliable, efficient, consider your personal circumstances, professional, communicate regularly, pay a good wage and above all, a very helpful team all round. I have since been able to commence block work regularly, temporary work if needed, and all of the schools found or recommended have been a friendly and professional working environment.
