I have 3 children. My first and second child have been going to the day care and they love it. My children always look forward to going to nursery to see there favourite teachers. It is an amazing nursery.

First of all I really want to thank every each member of first step nursery specially specially Angela ,machelle ,and catherina they are the one of those people who brighten the name of uk 🇬🇧 and humanity because they helped a hopeless mother who lost her way with her disabled child!! Today my daughter with disability is in a normal school and learning very well just because of the help of this nursery and in the end i want to thank jumana Amiji who referred me to admit my child to this nursery! I love you all from my ♥️

My son has been attending First Steps Day Care for nearly one year now and all I can say is they are amazing. My son is an only child and took him a while to adjust to the new environment and sharing with other children. The amount of patient and perseverance they have inputted into my son is outstanding, nothing was ever too much and was always greeted with a welcoming smile. I could not thank them enough. Would definitely recommend.

The nursery has a professional and very welcoming staff. My son has settled down from the first days. The manager is the owner, she is a friendly person, always present and ready to help. The nursery has a big garden where children can do many outdoor activities. My son loves this nursery and keeps asking about it each day during the holidays. I am having fewer worries about him when he goes to the school. If I can give more than 5 stars, for their work with my son, I will do it with no hesitation. I strongly recommend.

My son goes to this nursery. I love every thing about it. It's staff is friendly, helpful & highly professional. Michelle the nursery manager is doing a great job in maintaining the discipline. Nursery is very clean has a big hall for activities also having a big garden for outdoor activities and fun that my son and myself like a lot.I can see a clear change in my son, he is ready to go to reception.Thanks to Michelle and his staff for taking care of my son and every kid there. I would highly recommend first steps day care.

My son joined the nursery at the start of the year. At first he was hesitant to go into nursery but Michelle and her amazing staff helped settle him in. Michelle was amazing, she helped figure out what was wrong and made my son feel comfortable and at ease that he is in a safe environment. The staff are hands on and attentive to what your child’s needs are and there is a two way communication which is vital for parents. I would highly recommend First Step Daycare. It has a wonderful homely yet structured environment. My son is definitely thriving. I am glad we came across First Steps Day care. It was the perfect choice for my child. My son enjoys going in everyday with a smile upon his face.

I am so happy with the quality and professionalism with this Nursery, the staff are amazing words can not describe how lovely they all are and so understanding it’s like a little family. My son and daughter attend this nursery and they have learnt so much. The manager Michelle takes time to explain everything and recognise each child and their ability. My daughter spent a year and half in this nursery. She was so exited every morning to go the nursery. She was very happy and she had a great time here.The staff was very nice and helpful.
