I have been working with Prospero for 2 years. They have always been professional and easy to work with, their consultants are always friendly and easy to help. They have always managed to find some of the best tuition jobs that fit my schedule and if there have been any problems (which have been few and far between) they have always handled them quickly and in a positive manner. As educational recruitment agencies go, I would highly recommend them as o have only had positive experiences with them so far.

After having various experiences with different agencies, I was hesitant to sign with Prospero, but I am so glad I did. I am an overseas teacher from Denmark, and Prospero has experience with teachers from EEA countries. The Place: The place has a very friendly and busy atmosphere, with open space and privacy. While you are waiting to speak to an agent you have to fill out a lot of forms, which is standard for all agencies. The agents: My first impression is that everyone was very sweet and proffessional. My primary handlers have been Brenda, who deals with overseas teachers, Vanessa and Daniel. All have been amazing, but especially Daniel who has been my primary handler. I had barely signed with the agency when Dan said he had a school for me that needed some long term cover, and I met the school in Hilingdon where I have been for the last two months and it has been amazing. Through my time, with Prospero, communication has been plentiful and efficient. they check in with you once in a while just to see how it is going, and they offer various free courses that can be very useful. Getting cleared for work and paid: It is a little more daunting to get cleared for work, but they are clear in what they need, and you need to take two of their free. online courses which are actually very helpful. It did not take more than a few days to get cleared and they were on top of hunting what was missing. I could stay with my current umbrella company and it is a very good pay rate. Overall: Prospero has been a very positive experience and the fact that they are set on matching clients with schools for long term positions makes it even better. I can highly reccommend the London office, they are honest about the kinds of schools you get send to, and you feel taken care of when you are on assignment.

Prospero Teaching is an agency that keeps its word and doesn’t let you down! I was initially very hesitant to register with them after experiencing such negativity from another agency that claims to provide the same service. Joining Prospero Teaching was the best decision I could have made, they are very efficient and reliable and will do all they can to find you work as fast as possible. The whole process from registration to having my first booking took less than 48hrs! I would highly recommended Prospero Teaching if you are serious about developing a career within the teaching industry, not only are they helpful and supportive but are also able to provide a number of long term options to suit every individual.
