Amazing centre to learn with. Mohammed was so clear, enthusiastic and attentive while teaching, and was always on hand between lessons to respond to any questions. When it came to exams, I felt incredibly supported and encouraged to ensure I didn't take the exam until I was ready. Would definitely recommend for level 1 and 2 😁

The 1-day BSL Level 1 intensive course is a brilliant learning experience which was fast paced but so informative and helpful, a great way to get to grips with the fundamentals of signing. This has been one of the best courses I've ever taken. I attempted learning BSL a few years ago but didn't get very far. Signing up with SignSay has been an incredible experience. I completed the BSL Level 1 course online with Mohammed and have just recently passed my level 1 exam. So pleased to have achieved this! Really enjoyed learning on the course, learnt loads of signs and vocab. Signsay is great because they run multiple classes so if you forget anything there is chance to catch up and go through it again. Mohammed is a great teacher; makes it really easy to learn and keeps the class interactive so we can ask and answer questions. Noah has also been an amazing admin support and sends regular communications about the course. BSL is such a useful skill for me as I work in a hospital and sometimes come across deaf patients so it's great to be able to communicate with them. I would definitely recommend Signsay to anyone wanting to learn BSL and will be doing level 2 with them in future.

Absolutely loved studying with SignSay! I did level 1 and 2 with Mohammed, he was friendly, engaging and always willing to answer questions and help us out with exam prep on his own time. Noah, the admin guy, was always just a message away with any questions and organisational things. He was really good about letting me pay the course off over time and allowed me extra time to pay off my exams. They really do just want people to learn and are so encouraging of everyone's goals. Completed level 1 and 2 with SignSay. If you are thinking of doing the BSL course at these levels, you are in real safe hands with SignSay. Mohammed is really a good teacher and patient. Noah makes sure the 'engines' keep running and between them you get a level of service that is commendable. I did both Level One and Level Two with Mohammed at SignSay and cannot recommend the courses highly enough. Mohammed is a fantastic teacher, always very encouraging, super knowledgeable and lots of fun. Noah is always very responsive as the course organiser and makes the process very easy. When it comes to the exams both of them are so supportive and want their students to do well so it never feels too nerve-wracking. It made learning sign language a really rewarding experience from the start.

I’ve studied Level 1 and 2 British Sign Language with Sign Say and highly recommend them. Mohammed is a brilliant teacher and very accommodating – we were encouraged to ask questions and send across any signs we’d like repeating. He kept the online lessons engaging and gave great feedback on sentence structure and hand shapes. Noah was always quick to reply to messages and kept us updated with offers and events. Their Level 2 course is challenging but rewarding. By the end, I felt confident in understanding conversations and delivering a presentation in BSL. Mohammed is a phenomenal teacher who always takes the time to ensure that each individual student understands the content and develops their signing technique to the best of their ability. He challenges his students to learn higher level signs from early on in the courses, which is incredibly useful as time goes on. Noah, who runs the organisation of the courses at SignSay, is extremely proactive and friendly to all students, giving feedback and helping with logistical points about the course very quickly and in great detail. I’ve had so much fun learning BSL Level 1 and 2 with Sign say! As a group, they are professional, personal and punctual. The communication is great, with Noah always only a message away. Mohammed is a funny, patient teacher, who is engaging in every lesson! He teaches fast but is very supportive and will always repeat words and sentences happily. Along with the lessons, they offer free revision which is incredibly helpful, as you benefit from hearing other people’s questions, as well as going over everything again. The ‘Sign with Sadaqat’ sessions are also a great addition, with games and stories - you’re able to learn in different ways. I will for sure be continuing with learning BSL to Level 3 and beyond. Brilliant, kind, enthusiastic and patient teacher and other staff are just so nice and easy to communicate with and reply so quickly to any and every question. It's so easy to learn even online in the lockdown. There is a great opportunity to do an extra BSL games night and it is so relaxed when it comes to taking exams (you go when you're ready and you're well prepared!). It's been great making new friends through this too. Signsay is just so generous with their offers and ways to fund your course and I would totally recommend doing the course with them!

He is really encouraging and provides helpful ways to remember vocabulary as well as being quick to correct hand position when you haven’t quite got it right. I highly recommend using this provider, you will benefit from all the advantages of a smaller business; being well supported and not treated just as a number making up the cohort. The course is excellent value. Mohammed and Noah are both very helpful and answered any questions promptly and comprehensively. The structure of the lessons and the way Mohammed leads them are well planned, engaging, fun and paced just right. There is excellent exam preparation provided too. The two days' intensive level one sign language course was well-planned and well-delivered. Noah kept us well informed and updated during the booking process as well as the lead up to, during and after the course. Mohammed was a very good teacher, he taught at a good pace, and suggested tips to try and remember difficult signs. A few people in our group had prior sign language knowledge, and Mohammed tailored parts of the course for their skill set. We were given lots of time during the course to revise the hard to remember signs, or to ask for help if it was needed. We would highly recommend this course.
