I'd really recommend The English Academy. Fiona is an experienced teacher and she's always ready to help you whenever you need it. I've been attending her classes for 10 months and thanks to her I achieved the English level that I wanted to. I've enhanced my spoken and written skills and now I'm able to carry on a friendly conversation as well as a professional one. I've almost completed my course and I will really miss my incredible English teacher!

I can recommend attending classes at The English Academy 100%. I was an au-pair in London and needed to get prepared for passing a cambridge exam within a few months. Fiona prepared me very well, as she was able to determinemy weakness and strenghts in English. She does her best to improve the students‘ English and I could definitely see how my English skills steadily improved. Additionally, it was very pleasant to get to know Fiona, as we had a lot of fun during the classes. From my perspective, Fiona finds the perfect balance between sophisticated teaching and being a humorous, genuine and honest teacher. I would also like to mention that having online-classes via zoom worked out perfectly. It has the considerable advantage of being able to attend classes from all over the world. To sum up, if you are trying to improve all different kinds of English skills, but still want to enjoy studying, I would definitely recommend going to The English Academy.

The English Academy is value for money and a cosy teaching environment, teacher Fiona has created a great learning atmosphere. With very affordable one to one classes and detailed information specific to my PCO license renewal English exam you have a high chance of passing. I would recommend The English Academy to anyone. The £20 assessment is perfect as not only are you told, honestly, what level of English you have but the money eventually goes towards the price of your exam. The establishment as well as the brilliant teacher Fiona are very professional. I am Thankful for passing my exam!
