It’s a very good school all the teachers are kind and I really enjoy my time

Excellent school! Amalgamates Islamic teachings with British values and what it means to be a good British Muslim. Encourages children to look after their family, neighbours and external community through charity and voluntary work

My son has been going to MMPS for a number of year and I am happy with the fact that my child is happy. He went to a number of state schools previously where he was not happy. Now i can send him to a school where i know he will be safe and he will not be bullied. When he comes home i do not have to send him to mosque to learn Quran, rather we can do homework which is a lot more than state school. I wish the fees were less and more extra curricular activities nonetheless i am very happy with his learning and social skills and manners towards other. I know he will be upset if he was to leave the school.

My son attends this school and Insh'Allah so will my daughter. I think the staff and facilities are very good. This is still a very young school and I feel that it is continually getting better. My son used to attend a long established grammar school and I feel they are very comparable, however, here my son learns about Islamic values.

My wife and I were shocked at some of the malicious comments posted on this page. Our 4 children attended this school and we have no complaints. We are both doctors and rate education highly, However , we rate a safe, Islamic and caring environment even more highly and this is undoubtedly what this school offers above all. Our children attended over 18 years and are all now doing well MashAllah in their university education and secondary school educations. More importantly, they are well rounded British citizens. I would never risk my childrens safety and can honestly say that we had no concerns whiel they were at MMPS. Mrs Ali is a wonderful and compassionate head. I suspect the disgruntled comments made by others were due to personality clashes and unrealistic expectations gone wrong.

Good school ! Do not be put off by the posts which are biased due to personal beliefs / and "schools of thought". School imparts a good basic foundation of main stream Sunni Islam. If you are looking for a school that imparts only the best worldly education, don't read any further and admit your child to MHSG or AGS-primary or others.....But if you want your child to have a generally good moral Islamic environment, with Islamic teachings [they don't have books like "Romeo & Julian" in the library] and average academic education (which I am happy to work on at home), then MMPS is the right choice !!!

probably the best primary school for muslims , i suggest you to send your kids to this school if you don't want to regret afterwards.
i accept that the facilities are nothing compare to manchester grammar school but remember our objective is to make our kids better human and muslims not just" A grade" making machines.
i have seen grammar school kids , i can see arrogance in their behaviour ,
so i recommend parents to send their kids to kd grammar and manchester muslim prep school , but at the same the tome the school need to work on teachers training and have good teachers.

I attended MMPS from nursery upto year 6 and I received a very high standard of education. It prepared me for admission to Manchester Grammar School where I was President of the Islamic Society and represented the Muslim students at the annual Founder's day. My strength in my faith at a young age prepared me to be confident about my faith and instilled me with good morals and character.
I have since achieved a Masters in Engineering and I am pursuing a career in my field.
A good beginning at school prepares you for life, and I believe that my time at MMPS has definitely done that for me.
