The training Brokers have been a god send to me, i was at a really bad place in my life,with my mental health issues, been apart from my daughter, and in the process of transitioning. They have helped me a lot with my confidence, anxiety,and mental health issues,through giving me the chance to get qualifications, and get me into learning an focusing on how much i have to give to others through my career choice and how my past experience of abuse can be turned into a positive one. Have been working closely with this business for 7 months now. Absolute pleasure to work along side of and have had no issues during my time. Students and staff alike have an enjoyable experience with the courses. I have found that a lot of people surrounding the business do not seem to have the respect, nor the knowledge to allow issues they have to be addressed appropriately. A thorough training is provided to equip you with the knowledge and understanding of requirements in various work sectors. As well as studying for qualifications, there is also the opportunity later in the course, before completion, to talk with relevant agencies on ways in which to enter your chosen profession for which you are training for. I was studying a Level 2 Support Work In Schools certificate and towards the end of the course, educational recruitment agencies were invited by our tutor Leigh, to discuss with us the various ways to enter the education sector which was extremely useful. There is also continued support following completion of the courses with the opportunity to develop further skills and training at The Training Brokers.

I thoroughly recommend this course as along with helping me to understand child development stages and legislation around childcare , this course has also made me more focused on my short and long term goals. It has made me more organised and motivated through regular questionnaires and the booklet work. Leigh has also helped me secure a work placement through Salford futures which hopefully will turn to paid full time employment. I feel that I need to give some amazing feedback, after having a bit of a rough start through no fault of anyone's I was starting to think I would never get my level 3 diploma in health and social care completed, how wrong I was. A member of your staff team, narmin hugil contacted me to introduce as my new assessor, this assessor has gone above and beyond to ensure I completed this diploma. Not just always on the end of the phone but also working til very late of an evening and even on her weekends off, never once has Narmin let me down. If I need help she was there, question I was insure of she was there to guide me. I am absolutely over the moon that I have now completed this qualification but I no I honestly wouldn't of done it had it not been for narmin. You are an absolute credit to the company and I am so grateful for all your help and support. She told me all the time, "you can do this Justine, I no you can" well yes I did, but it's thanks to having such a dedicated assessor. Highly recommend.
