I have been a student here for about nine months and it is the best decision I have ever made. Here are the reasons for my five star review - * Suitable for all ages * Suitable for all fitness levels - Instructors encourage you to as much as you can but no embarrassment if you can't do it all * Suitable for all skills - Everyone is treated equally, each lesson has something for everyone * Amazing instructors * Close knit group - It might not be the biggest or most modern club out there but there is a real feeling of community and acceptance * Different types of Martial Arts - Kickboxing classes, Krav Maga and practical self defence skills * Great for fitness / weight loss - If the only reason you join is to lose weight and get fitter I am personally seeing much better results than going to a standard gym! Give the staff a call and book your first lesson! :)

It's been great for my son,he has gained confidence,above all acquired a disciplined behaviour.

I am a student there and I must say it might be a bit expensive but it is worth it I went from a terrible martial arts teacher at the leisure centre to a awesome marital arts teacher 11/10
