Kickboxing is great for kids, It teaches them discipline, teamwork and physical fitness. No more than at BKS! What a fantastic place! Warren has done wonders for my son who used to have problems in a classroom atmosphere. But now he is confident and full of energy and can't wait for his next sessions.

I have only been training with BKS a couple of weeks but I have really enjoyed the variety of training sessions that are available throughout the week. There are lots of martial art clubs out there that just see students go through the motions, there is no passion or commitment from the club which reflects on the personalities of the students! Fortunately BKS is nothing like this! Its a brilliantly run club, run by an amazing coach and team that really pushes my son (who is such an introvert) to his limits. It has such a family feel, everyone is so friendly and not an ego in site! The adult students are also amazing and so supportive and it’s a good way to unwind if you have had a stressful day at work! Also to add we give the younger students a run for their money!
