I have been training at this krav maga club for nearly four years now and I have to say, giving krav maga a try was one of the best decisions I have ever made! The instruction is top notch and the club members are friendly and welcoming. Training in krav maga is a great life skill as well as a fantastic way to keep fit. Since joining the club, I have noticed that I am more confident, fitter and far less clumsy (it seems krav helps with coordination too). I would highly recommend giving this club a try. They do free taster sessions too!
