Firstly I would like to thank Zoe who was very patient and explained the whole process from CBT to DAS which I completed and got my full Licence, Secondly the instructors Matt and Kenny were absolutely brilliant, I think I was lucky with Kenny's recent mishap where he was fully focused on us for our MOD 1 training and Matt was getting my confidence back on the road, long and tiring rides but at the end it all paid off. I would strongly recommend them and wish them all the best for the future.

Cannot recommend Surepass enough. Completed my CBTs with them and have just finished my Direct Access training having turned 24. They explain everything perfectly and make you feel ready to take the test by the end of your training days. Not only do they teach you how to be a safe rider, they also make it an enjoyable few days too. Very happy customer and look forward to seeing them out on the road one day. Thanks guys😁

Just finished my four days with Matt and Matt (😂, private joke) and also did my CBT with Surepass in November. Excellent course, had a great time and some good craic with the instructors and fellow students. They were very professional and taught me everything I needed to know to get me through. Would highly recommend Surepass to anyone looking for a lesson, CBT or full bike licence. Oh and I passed first time too which was awesome 👍.

The only place you should go for bike training in Plymouth. From the first enquiry call, to CBT and then direct access, Surepass have a level of friendly professionalism that just puts you at ease. I'm so glad I used Surepass, I felt ready for my test, passed first time and had a great time learning with Kenny and the crew. The bikes are great, the kit is great, if you need it, and the instructors are the perfect balance of knowledge, experience, fun and banter. Ever wondered if birds fly just for fun? It’s simple..you want to pass your CBT, DAS go and see them!! You will pass your test! I was a non rider, complete newbie looking to do DAS, 57 years old and absolute beginner with a lot of worry about whether I should even be doing this! They were brilliant from the word go! A great welcome, steady professional friendly training, confidence boosting assurances and a complete belief in there ability to get anyone through! You get so much time on the bike that you feel it’s glued to you by the end. No skimping on there time or effort and 100% is put in to your course. Thanks to both Kenny and Matt!! I cannot thank Kenny and Matt enough enough for getting me through my Direct Access. From CBT through to booking the course everything went well with great communication and organisation. The training was taught at a constant steady level, with nothing being too much trouble. Great advice and knowledge on all bike queries too!! If you are looking to get out on 2 wheels with confidence and get through all the tests, then I would strongly recommend Surepass for their utmost professionalism in a relaxed and at ease environment. All of the Surepass team are very professional and knowledgeable. They give clear instructions while you are out on a bike and detailed feedback to help you improve your skills and get you ready for the tests. I have tried other rider training schools in Plymouth but Surepass are by far the best in my opinion, I highly recommend them.

Excellent bunch of instructors (I had Matt), they're all easy-going and humorous, never making a big-deal out of my ineptness, and my day-long course was most enjoyable and informative. I would highly recommend Surepass Rider Training to anyone, no matter the student's prior experience or ability. We rode first-class bikes which were all in excellent condition. Plenty of helmets, jackets, leggings etc were also available for the students without appropriate gear.

After years of wanting to get a motorbike licence but 'never getting round to it' I decided I should. A guy at work recommended Surepass and I'm glad he did. The instructors are friendly, approachable and have a lot of knowledge and experience to pass on. I would highly recommend Surepass to anyone wanting to undertake motorcycle training, particularly if they are a complete beginner. In my opinion they are the best riding school in the area. I now enjoy spending most weekends going out on my bike just for the sheer enjoyment of it! Thanks again to all the team at Surepass. See you again sometime.

Good group of trainers, did CBT and it was OK, down side if more than 2 then only 2 go out at a time so you could be waiting 2 hours for the first lot to come back before you can go out. A no frills set up. Excellent Instructors however, who know how to get the best out of their students. Informal but informative. Any mistakes you make are sorted out with humour and experience. Going anywhere else is sheer folly. These guys know how to get you through, if you are prepared to listen and learn. Make sure you have done your part, by having got yourself up to date with The Highway Code. They are extremely patient with nervous pupils and constantly reassure them with good advice. All in all, a good place to start your motorcycling life !

Having never been on a bike before the guys at surepass made me feel at home on one in no time, with all the patience of saints they guided me through all my slow manoeuvres before getting me on the road to check i had retained everything they had instructed me throughout the day. After 30+ years of not riding bikes I finally plucked up the courage to get back on one. Although I was rather worried at how I would do I should not have been. The Surepass team are completely professional, organised and without doubt ( in my humble opinion ) the best company to learn with. From the instructors down to the motor bikes you ride everything was perfect. If you have doubts put them aside because these guys make learning to ride properly so comfortable and do not put any strain on you what so ever. Needless to say I passed my CBT, Mod 1. Mod 2 with this company and am now enjoying riding my Triumph America with a big grin on my face. I can not recommend highly enough. Many thanks to all these guys.

After completing my CBT in May 2018 I decided to go straight onto a DAS course rather than get a 125 with L plates! I booked up with the surepass team in Plympton. After 4 days training and today the test day I passed module 1 & 2 at the first attempt. Then headed straight Off down to GT motorcycles to pick up the bike that I’d bought 4 weeks ago. I cannot thank Kenny, Gren, Matt and Kev enough for their professional but fun training - great bunch of guys. All the best. Gareth

Fantastic Training given in a safe compound followed by a long road ride ensuring that you became comfortable on the bike. Any mistakes were corrected with jokes and positivity. Large feet and foot break levers are always fun... Will be back for more training shortly!

My friend took his training here and recommended it to me to Try my cbt which I did and PASSED . the instructors were friendly ,informative and put me at ease as I was quite nervous. They explained how much training I would need to pass my MOD 1 and MOD2 and were bang on . I passed both with flying colours , could not of asked for more from the team of instructors they were fantastic , would definitely recommend them to anyone even my granny BRILLIANT 5 STARS ALL THE WAY

I was left alone with a moped which I can't even ride during that time. Even tho I didn't had any problems. Stuff was very professional but they are in a mess if comes to organisation. Been there 8:30 as they told me to and we had to wait till 9:20 for others which they didn't arrived. Would recommend just because of trainers. Not because how place is running.

I took the DAS option a while ago and got through first time with Surepass with an almost perfect pass. So why four stars? Well, with the exception of Kenny, all the other instructors were first class and gave constructive/positive feedback where appropriate. I am all for a bit of banter but Kenny sadly took it to another level which almost completely destroyed my confidence. I have little doubt if I had spent another day of instruction with him, I would have failed from an otherwise almost perfect pass. His manner/attitude is almost what I would expect from an Army instructor (I have previous service experience) and is belittling bordering on being a bully. I also witnessed him foul mouthing the ability of a student to other 'customers' stating they were 'crap' which must have been totally humiliating. It is ironic the owner of a business should treat their paying 'customers' this way and really needs some training in customer relations!
