As the Headteacher of Hillside Primary I was saddened that you chose this platform to air your grievance. Had you followed the school protocol and discussed your grievances with myself or the Foundation Staff, we would have been much better served to address and resolve them.
At Hillside we pride ourselves on the care we provide, not only in our Foundation Unit but through the school as a whole. This is supported in our Ofsted and Local Authority inspections.
Communication is something we have worked extremely hard to improve, and the results of our most recent parent questionnaire indicate that we have succeeded in this.
I or any of the staff are always willing to discuss individual issues and will always do our utmost to resolve them.
