Loved the customer service I received when I purchased a sweater for my son. Very calm and empathetic. Provided me options of a return if the sweater couldn't fit my son. Quality sweater too by the way. 👍🏿

Staff were nice, changing rooms were clean - rare these days! a few items not in stock but they ordered them to be delivered free of charge.went in a Saturday, It was very busy and had to wait to pay as theres only two tills but thats not the assistants fault.

Couldn’t be more impressed with the service I received here. Had to order a couple of items in store. Without even having to ask I was informed of due dates. I then decided one of the items I ordered I wanted to change the size on and I contacted Reading customer service team who were very efficient and quick to help me change the size. Very impressed they have such a range of stock in store from basics such as shirts and trousers which are worth the little extra to stationary and backpacks.

With my son changing schools so early on I was worried about getting a new uniform, I phoned the branch before paying a visit and the lady on the phone was extremely polite and helpful to me. When I visited the store the great service continued, the staff greeted me and my son and kindly helped up with all the uniform we required, we wasnt rushed at all and the lady helping us knew her stuff! We walked away with the entire uniform bar one PE top which has been ordered in store with free delivery I'm extremely pleased with the fantastic service.

Had an appointment this afternoon. We were let in on time, shown straight to our own cubical for my daughter with a seat outside for me. Jess looked after us so well, she gave honest opinions on sizing and had the list of required kit for our school ready. Some items weren't in stock in the size we needed but we tried on items from other schools to confirm the sizing and the items were ordered at the till for us. With the appointment system, the store wasn't crowded at all, it's air conditioned and as comfortable/stress-free as uniform shopping can be. Thank you to all at the Reading store this afternoon.

Had an appointment yesterday morning for my Son to have a fitting for his Blazer. Lady was lovely and very helpful. The Blazer had to be ordered so arranged it to be delivered to my home. It arrived the following day. Very quick and wonderful service.

I visited the store today mid-afternoon and despite the shop being very busy I had great service! On arrival I could see that the staff were all busy with customers, as soon as I did need help the member of staff was able to assist me with the uniform I required! They had a school list with the items required for my daughter to have and helped us go through the lists on things that were essential. When paying despite the queue being very long the young lady at the till greeted us in a friendly manner and was very polite. I did not feel rushed at all whilst at the till even though I took a while to get the bags with several children with me and there was still a big queue! Will definitely be returning after such a pleasant visit.

After having previous dreadful visits, I wasn't looking forward to this visit, but we were immediately welcomed by Courtney who was very helpful, she made my daughter feel comfortable and was very knowledgeable on what school uniform was required for her year group. We didn't feel rushed at any point, and we went home with everything we needed which was a huge win, she made sure we was aware of the returns policy in case we found we didn't need anything as we brought a few of each item just to be on the safe side. Fantastic service couldn't have gone any better 😁

Made an appointment for daughters school uniform and felt like a celeb. They really know how to treat their customers. If an item wasn't available they can order it in for collection or delivery

Great shop for school uniforms with friendly staff. Prices are somewhat high but the quality of clothes is really good and just about worth the price. The choice is great for either formal or sports uniforms. It’s worth spending slightly more on better quality skirts and dresses than elsewhere.

If it were easier to get to and had parking I would have rated it higher. It is a bit expensive but I don't know how much control Stevenson's has about that.
