Can't possibly say enough about how brilliant it is to train at this motorcycle riding school. All of the instructors are friendly, helpful and truly want to see you succeed. I did a 6 day intensive course with John who was patient and attentive. Everything was tailored to my skill level and the training was genuinely good fun. Will absolutely be back for advanced rider training!

From the moment I arrived I was made to feel at ease and everything was explained in full. John is an incredible instructor and adapted to my way of learning to help me understand how to ride safely and confidently. Even when I became frustrated at my own, elementary mistakes, John remained calm, professional and eased me through the training. John was my instructor for the week but the whole team were behind me when I went for my tests and supported me along the way when my nerves were getting the better of me at some points. Super happy to have completed a Direct Access course at Bryan's! Ross was brilliant taking us through CBT, taking time to explain how the bike operates and riding principles. Then John took over for the MOD 1/2 training, John's calm manner and positive feedback was amazing allowing for mistakes (in safety) to be made and ensuring that those mistakes where used as a learning experience. I'd highly recommend anyone regardless of prior experience to train at Bryan's. Also Trish is amazing at keeping everything in order and making sure you're in the right place at the right time.

Well I just want to say a big thank you to John the instructor for getting me up to a really good standard and getting me through both of my tests (first time). Also thanks to Jim on the first day I had my CBT and made it an enjoyable day. All the instructors are brilliant and it’s definitely the best place to get your motorcycle training done whether it’s a CBT or intensive course. An awesome place to learn how to ride a bike. Roz made it so simple and was very patient with my attempts as a first time rider. I had an awesome experience completing my CBT Bryan’s BMW Training. I couldn’t have asked for more friendly, patient or knowledgable people to do it with. This was my first time riding a motorbike, long time car driver and rode a bicycle. So the 2 day course I thought would be ideal for me and it was perfect. Unfortunately I’ve forgotten the lady’s name who I spent most of my time with but she was awesome. We took everything at my pace and made sure I was happy and confident with each part before moving onto the next part. Coming back for a second day having mentally digested everything overnight it all clicked and all the practice meant I felt great on the road. Undertook 2 day CBT training over 2 Sundays. My instructor, Roz was very patient, professional, helpful and gave me the confidence to complete the training successfully. The bike ‘Usha’ was a great machine, well looked after and I fell in love with her. In my opinion, best place for motorcycle training in Stoke on Trent.

Been riding my 125cc for 10 months. Decided to go for Full Bike Licence. Contacted Kevin at Brans. We spoke via phone the Course to available. Kevin explained all the options to me. Discussed in some detail , my experience on a 125cc. I went for the Semi Intensive training. 1 week, first 3 hours on my bike, next 3 hours on hire bike. Second week 3 hours on hire bike including MOD1 test at Burton. Failed MOD1 took again the following week - Passed. Week later hire Bike for 2hours including training and test. Passed MOD2 (full licence). Big thanks to Kevin for his straight talking via the phone and during training. Also all the staff / trainers who were also involved with my MOD1 training, all very helpful & friendly during my training with them. A must read prior and during training The Official DVSA Guide to Riding the Essential Skills. Tells you all you need to know which is a huge extra help in passing my MOD1 & MOD2. Wish all at Bryans all the very best. Definitely recommended. And a huge Thank You ALL. Tez.

Roz is fab she take her time with you and explains everything to you I was a bit nervous at 1st and as the class was a bit a head in there training than me she still took her time with me and I caught up to the class very fast I was told if I never been on a bike do it on a scooter but Ross give me the confidence to get on the bike and learn the gears and I am so glad I did it on the bike now. Can't wait to finish my CBT off next Thursday. If you get Ross on your CBT you are in good hands. Just passed my CBT now one week later as I did it in 2 parts and I can't thank Roz enough definitely recommend her and the company and to be honest the price they charge is so worth it and I would off happily paid a bit more for it 100% recommend them

I enrolled on a Rookie to Ride scheme through BMW Motorad Wolverhampton with the team at Bryans in Stoke upon Trent providing the training At 58 I had never ridden a motorcycle From the initial call to Trish at Bryans who administrates things I was totally confident that I was in good hands As a complete Rookie the team really looked after me Special credit to John & Jim (main trainers to me). I was a totally raw material & shall I say tested their skills & patience. They were both unfaltering My journey with Bryans began in October & I successfully passed my mod 2 in December. I can not speak highly enough of Bryan’s motoring school and their staff . I had never ridden a motorbike in my life so to pass with 0 minor faults only speaks volumes of the team behind my success . From Trish on the phones and planning dates and tests to Roz who taught me the basics to achieve my CBT level then John who progressed me through my direct access .The whole experience was fun and very relaxed . So much so that I plan to return to push my level of riding up a level . I deliberately left the writing of this review 2 months after passing my direct access intensive course with Bryans? this is so below does not appear to be the elated ramblings of someone who has just gained their licence. This is my experience of my time at Bryans After they arranged my course and test dates, I really did take them on their word, and I just turned up! I was provided with "all" the riding gear, all premium brands and good condition. Not just the bikes I personally used over the course, but the whole fleet are practically new, and in excellent condition, the BMW quality really added that extra something and confidence when riding, this was apparent when at the test centre where I saw what machines other schools use. Most importantly all the staff are, enthusiastic, friendly, experienced , knowledgeable, patient and professional (thanks again John) Bryans Intensive Course is not just a great way to get your bike licence in the shortest possible time, you also gain skills that help you ride safely, and improve your technique All in all a Five Star experience well worth the money which I can highly recommend

I had my CBT last Thursday and these gentlemen were such friendly helpful people. I had never drove a scooter before my cbt and i felt so safe in jim and johns hands, they really put you first and really make you enjoy the experience of learning. This is definitely the place to go for a CBT!! i have to say i was a bag of nerves at the start of the day and by the end of the day i felt confident enough to get on my scooter at home and ride it with complete saftey. Jim taught us for the first part of the day and i have to say what a chatacter. He definitely wants to see people have a good time with the learning. I've now had my second lesson with Bryans motorcycle school and i must say that both Kevin and Craig have been absolutely fantastic. I changed from another training centre that i wasn't really happy with after getting a recommendation about Bryans and i must say that they are very professional, thorough and pleasant to deal with. They have an new fleet of bikes and have lots of equipment for you to borrow including helmets, biking pants and jackets, boots and gloves, all hung on rails in all sizes in their changing room. I would just add that i drive 35 miles to have my bike training here rather than using my local instructor....this should tell you how highly i rate the staff at Bryans, so book with them now !!

I recently took an DAS crash course and it was fantastic I passed both tests first time thanks to John's meticulous training, all the staff where very friendly and went above and beyond to make sure I was ok. Had the pleasure of having both Tom and John as my instructors throughout my CBT training day. Incredibly patient and very funny, making the initial nerves using a bike, disappear quickly. Highly recommend using the taster session that is around £40 (as of writing this), as this made getting onto the roads, on the CBT day a breeze, something that's imperative if you to be safe. Many different bike schools, will have similar prices, however, the personality that these gentleman have is hard to match.

I walked into Bryan's a stranger and a complete beginner 18 months ago for my CBT with no motorbike experience at all. I look back on that day with a smile on my face, they got me through it. I then got a 125cc bike and enjoyed some great trips with my wife and friends thus began my motorbike adventure.
