S. M. (.My daughter has just started learning guitar here and she loves it! She really can't wait for the next lesson every week! Highly recomend. Matt is fab and they are all friendly! Lovely music studios and nice waiting room where you can have tea or coffee while you wait for your musician in the making!!
L. W.We contacted Oli regarding music lessons for our son and he responded really quickly answered all our questions, nothing was or is too much trouble. Our 8 year old son has now commenced guitar lessons here with Steve and he absolutely loves it! We were made to feel really welcome and the studios are a great/comfortable learning environment. D. H.Very professional and friendly and superb studio setting. I have been having guitar lessons for a couple of years here now with Steve and my daughter recently started piano with Lizzie. Absolutely love it and highly recommended whatever your age or instrument of choice.
C. M.Oli is brilliant! My now 8.5 year old started acoustic guitar lessons with Oli when he was about 5 years old. Oli is brilliant with the kids, always making them laugh but also keeping them super engaged. We love coming every week and my son is getting better and better all the time. Definately recommend!
C. D.Our son has been having drum lessons with Oli, since starting them in Primary School. Right from the beginning, he has raved about Oli! so when school lessons were changed, he pleaded with us to let him continue lessons at The Academy!
He's not a natural drummer, but Oli brings it out of him and he is progressing well, any other instructor and he would have packed them in, but after a session with Oli, he comes out excited and enthusiastic about what they worked on. Oli is firm with him and the need to practice but our son needs that and he responds well, something which Oli identified early on. They have a laugh, have fun and "he's really cool" so he bonds well with his students and helps them to shine! He understands that he can be tutor and "friend" to his students
The Academy is really well situated, with great studios/equipment and the team are dedicated to music and their students and it shows!
I love seeing our son fired up after his lesson with Oli, he is giving him an amazing skill in music and we couldn't be happier that we chose ODM or rather our son did.
