Amazing service received today, couldn’t be happier! Had a pair of boots where the heel tip had worn down to the point that the pieces of metal were exposed and the fabric was then consequently detaching too. Popped them in and it was sorted by the time I came back after a little bit of lunch. Very friendly and it only cost £9 which was a pleasant surprise as for some reason I was expecting to be paying £25+ (have never had shoes repaired before). Will definitely be coming back with any other shoes that need repairing and 100% recommend :)

A friend recommended it and ever since I've always come here to get my keys cut. Sometimes it takes just about a minute to have them, super fast! I have also asked for help in the past when accidentally left my keys inside. Now I always make here several copies just in case! Great customer service and prices. It's one of those places in Bedford that needs to be supported, 100% recommended.

Rudi re-soled and heeled two pairs of my favourite Loake’s. He converted my Brogue boots from smooth to ‘4x4 walking’ and I’m delighted with them! Top quality workmanship, I thoroughly recommend him.

What a brilliant job Rudi done in replacing the heels on my work boots, friendly service,and great price nothing too much trouble, he even carried out a repair to some trim that had come away at no extra cost, unlike others (Timpsons) who took a sharp intake of breath and said hmmm not sure about that, don't know if that can be done, I can have a go ! I would advice anyone who needs a repair done to shoes / boots etc to pop in and see him. See you again in the future when I need some more repairs carried out.

Fantastic cobbler ! Took in what would’ve been an unusual shoe for repair yeezy season 2 crepe boot. Given these are £450 retail over the years the heel had worn down to the bare bone and the sole falling off. Rudi took one look and said no worries I’m pretty sure I can get the material in to match the sole perfectly. THEN COVID .. of course this paused the whole situation but as soon as he could he was back and already on getting them sorted once he explained the process and how he would ensure he’d make it last longer we agreed a week ... and bang on he was the results speak for themselves. £450 retail - £700 resale down to £30 because of the damages thanks to Rudi I got these sold for £525 !!! Not a shabby flip considering you’d think a cobbler usually only deals in smart shoes boots heels!! Once again I cannot speak highly enough of his work please to have in the area won’t be using the typical maroon shops (you know the ones T/s). If I could add photos I would but il be adding those to a Facebook feedback !!
