B. C. u.I had to take a pair of trainers back today which I had for nearly 7 months the inner lining had started to tear, they cost me £85. I am not sure who Young gentleman was who dealt with my problem but his customer service and attitude were excellent. I have been a customer of sketchers for 20 years so it was a very reassuring to receive such wonderful customer service. He replaced them with a new pair without any problem whatsoever. I always say companies like sketchers owe their success to having this type of staff working for them. I was a retail manager for 30 years so I do have some experience. Thank you so much sketchers, you were wonderful today.🙏
R. C.The store and staff were super nice, but the shoes are a bit pricey. Mother in law only buy sketches because they are super comfortable, which they are, but you know a but was coming. But the price, only reason for not giving it a 5 star rating 🌟

m. m.Very expensive I have had sketchers shoes from other places alot cheaper. I thought being the actual sketchers shop the prices would be alot lower.
S. C.I got there Monday around 12 clock and find it was the only shop which was empty and thought no sale so that's the reason. Then the assistant tell's me that shoes which were £69.99 originally then went down to 50 but that day it was down to 33.50 so i was very happy and purchased 3 pairs which was a bargain.
S. L.My mom bought two pairs of trainers a couple of weeks ago on their special offer. The lady serving her was so helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. We also had interactions with another member of staff, who was also friendly. The shopping experience is very good here.

J. W.Really friendly and helpful staff and really great choice of trainers. The sale is really good too with some cheap options for shoes. I will come back again next time I need some trainers as Skechers are the most comfortable fit for me with half sizes offered. Can't fault them!
