I called the store on Friday to book to come in 2 days later (today) to use the Gait equipment as I'm preparing for my first half marathon. When we arrived, I was greeted by Paul J who was extremely warming and polite. He was very informative regarding the shoe types and variety, the Gait equipment and the plan while we were in store. All COVID related procedures were followed and the store was squeaky clean and comfortable. I was given a ton of information alongside a verity of shoes to test and try. In a heartbeat, I'd recommend the store and the staff. My experience was flawless and I look forward to being a frequent customer. Thank you lads! Chuffed with the shoes and the experience!

Every time I visit the store I receive such good customer service from Ryan. He is excellent at gathering all the necessary information before recommending any products. And each time I go in they remember me and ask how I'm getting on. It is a far better experience than buying online. I am more than happy to support this local store and would definitely recommend them.

I visited to buy a new pair of running shoes, and already had a particular shoe in mind when I visited. There were quite a few staff members on the shop floor who who very knowledgeable and helpful. They had the shoe I was looking for in a choice of colours, made suggestions as to others I might like to try, and let me test them out on their in-store treadmill.

Called in to Albany Rd today to get a gait check and buy a new pair of running trainers. Having not run outside for many years after leaving the forces, the old knees took a battering over the years..... I've been using low impact cross trainer for years since but wanted to get back out and run again. Paul spent some time recommending various shoes in different fits and feels. After narrowing down to two a final run on the machine nailed a pair, the time and advice was great and much appreciated. Would highly recommend these guys to anyone and will return when I need a new pair. Tried them out on a short run this evening and they felt great, my muscles didn't appreciate the shock though haha 😆

1st class knowledge of suitably, wouldn't purchase my trainers anywhere else. Such a great variety and selection of not just trainers and clothing but all the accessories too. Also the fact that they hold a free run club for all levels of runners every Thursday makes this shop truly unique.

Very good personal and friendly service. The took time to find the right running shoes for me by asking questions and doing a gait analysis. Really happy with my purchase of new Hoka One One shoes. The running club on Thursday nights is great too for beginners and fasties!

Fantastic experience with Moti. The staff talked me through the gait analysis results and explained which shoes suited my running style, as well as discussing their suitability for my recent injury. Never felt hurried or pushed into deciding. I don't normally leave reviews but the service from these guys was really exceptional and I'd definitely recommend them.

We called beforehand to make an appointment and the staff member who answered was lovely and super helpful! We did a gait analysis on the treadmill before finding shoes that were comfortable and the right size, staff members were really knowledgeable so we learned a lot! Social distancing was easy, they have a one way system, antibac etc and only 4 customers are allowed in at a time. We will absolutely be back, lockdowns permitting!

Bought my first pair of proper running shoes for C25K. They were super helpful and explained everything to me about shoes. Gait analysis was done on a treadmill in store, costs £20, but you get that money off if you buy shoes from their shop, and also 10% off for signing up to their mailing list. COVID rules were great, everyone wearing masks and keeping distance, hand sanitiser provided and a cap on people allowed in the store.

Had a very positive experience at Moti. Walk in gait analysis and a variety of shoes offered to match the results. Very friendly service and customer focused. Excellent selection of products. All in all the kind of service you would not mind paying more for.

Incredibly productive visit to Moti today. Paul explained gait analysis, and the pricing structure (£20 for gait analysis, redeemable off the price of sale on that day or in future) and took me through an initial treadmill run. He selected an appropriate range of shoes from 5 companies initially, and let me run in them to see what worked for me. He identified I needed a bigger size, and refined the choices until I found running shoes that were perfect for me. Very impressed with the staff, store, and the patience Paul displayed for this beginner runner who's decided to run a half marathon. Will definitely return in future.

Amazing customer service - Richard was able to give me great advice remotely during lockdown as I have taken up running to keep fit but my existing shoes were dreadful. Feet now fully supported in some great Brooks shoes and running no longer painful. I would have been absolutely lost without the advice and help. Thanks so much!

As a new runner and one it comes naturally to, I refused to buy any decent gear until I got myself through Couch to 5K. After achieving this I had no idea how to build on this so visited these guys just up the road from me and was given extremely good help and service. They did a gait analysis and helped me pick a pair of Brookfield running shoes that have been absolutely great for me ever since getting them. I also bought a decent t-shirt and shorts and feel that they’ve really helped me feel like a runner and continue to improve my performance. Anyway I found them to be very courteous, helpful and good value and I will almost certainly buy from them again soon.

Fantastic customer service. I'm a novice runner - just started doing couch to 5k in lockdown, and have been doing 3 x 5k each week since I got there... no ambitions to go further! So I just wanted a comfortable, well-fitting shoe that suited my ridiculous flat feet. Paul helped me with some gait analysis, narrowed down the options and found me a great shoe (Brooks ravenna) at a reasonable price that has transformed how I enjoy my runs - no longer come back with my feet aching! Bought a pair of Saucony’s and Hoka’s. Knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. 5 star experience. Gait analysis was excellent and minor issues sorted with the correct shoes. Nothing was too much effort for these guys - highly recommend and will only be buying my running shoes from here from now on 🙌🏼

These guys really know their stuff. They offer a comprehensive assessment to pick the right shoe for you. Prices for running shoes start at about £40 and go to about £150. Well worth going to if you enjoy running.

I went in on Saturday afternoon looking to buy a pair of running shoes and the staff were so helpful and took the time to ensure they understood what I needed and recommend the right things. There was no pressure to buy at all though. They even let my boyfriend try on the male versions of the shoes I was deciding between to help me! They really went above and beyond.
