I cannot comment on shoe repairs as not had any done but went in to see if could help with a bag repair..strap had broken. Friendly, helpful and did not charge the earth. I had already tried another establishment that refused to do the job, but when I phoned this one much more helpful and suggested come and let’s have a look..if can, will. Yay. Such different attitudes. Support independent retailers. More personal and helpful service
