This is the second pair of shoes I’ve had rebuilt by Shoe Healer in the past 5 years. The first was a pair of Barker . This is a pair of Mephisto which I’d worn to 3 years. They were dead, worn through but very comfortable. The photos below show the rebuild they did. The gents advised a Dainite sole. Incredible work! Thank you. I’ll be back time and again!

I have been a customer of Shoe Healer's since 2010. I have enjoyed exemplary customer service on every visit. It is a pleasure to do business with Anthony and co who's passion for shoes is shared by everyone. This is unlike the vast majority of shoe shops that feel soleless (pun intended!). The quality of the workmanship is first class for repairs and re-soles. I have just received my 6th pair back from having new soles fitted and full re cork, they feel brand new again. Good, old fashioned, extremely knowledgeable professionals that can be entrusted with repairing/renovating your shoes. Expensive shoes can be irreversibly damaged by allowing a less than competent person to repair them. Would recommend Antony (The Boss when Anna lets him), Paul (The Engine Room) to anybody who wants their shoes repairing to a standard that has long since evaporated. Well done guys, keep up the good, nay great work!

I bought some boots from Shoe Healer during COVID lockdown number 3 in the UK (I’m based in London). Despite these circumstances all responses were incredibly quick as was shipping. When I had a mishap during cleaning them and stripped some colour off, Ann and Antony were very happy to help and thanks to Antony’s fantastic craftsmanship they are back and looking as new again. I won’t hesitate to send my boots their way when it’s time for a re-sole, and I don’t think you should either! Wholeheartedly recommend.

First class service. They do not advertise it as much as their shoe repair service but they will endeavour to fix trainers too. Most likely any footwear I'm guessing. I took a pair of trainers in that I thought were beyond repair but to my surprise and delight they repaired them to near 100% brand new. They now have a 200% loyal customer for any shoe repairs I have. I cannot recommend enough. Thank you Shoe Healer 👍😁

Despite living in London and trying a number of well publicised and recommended cobblers, I mail all my shoes to the Shoe Healer for resoling. They present excellent value but most importantly the craftsmanship is excellent - better than any other cobbler I used. Not to mention they use JR soles which are best in class. When the original shoemaker refused to resole my 10 year old Loake's that have been hacked in a previous cheap resole, Shoe Healer brought them back to life as good as new. Would highly recommend

This is a fantastic shop. I visited it last week and it has the best selection of high quality, English made men’s shoes that I can recall seeing anywhere. I took with me a pair of shoes that I had purchased elsewhere and which had poorly finished edging on the soles. When I showed Richard he instantly arranged for one of his colleagues to trim the edge of the soles and to re-stain them so that they literally looked brand new and perfectly finished.
