I had no idea you had to book an appointment and although allowed to wait the assistant at the door came across as rude telling me that if anyone came in with an appointment they would be seen first. Also staff walking around with only visors are protecting nobody. The girl who measured my Grandsons feet was lovely and professional. I understand why they aren't putting the children's feet in the shoes and are still checking they fit correctly after on. Our sales Assistan, Phoebe, had a mask and visor on unlike her colleagues and was fantastic with the boys. Could you maybe put seats together for families as easier when attending with more than one child.

Great service. They were very poliet and my 4 year old son enjoyed himself. Unfortunately didn't have the size of shoe we needed in the right style but helped my son find another style he loved just as much.

Staff are helpful and friendly and would definitely go for measuring but they rarely have anything in our size and if they do it's only one or 2 things. Usually end up going to Tiger Feet round the corner.
