And they charged me 10p for a paper bag , I nearly walked out ( not a happy customer 😤)
M. A.Very warm and welcoming. Popped in to pick up an order and a member of staff was over to offer help before I'd even reached the desk. Awkward foot shape makes it hard for me to judge if the boots fit straightaway. When I mentioned the problem there was assurance that bringing them back if need be would fine, even though I'd got them sprayed with the suede and leather protector. Not even a hint of discouragement.
R. D.New boots from Jones, welted sole that should last me a lifetime. You get what you pay for, these are a great investment. The girl also gave them a protective coating in the machine. Happy boot wearer.
