T. T.This is the only baby shoe shop I have ever been with my 16 month old son. We went there 3 times, first time got his first pre-walker shoes, second time we were told he was not ready for new shoes and third time we got his first winter boots. First class service every time, really impressed they put child’s best interest first before sales. Last time my son was crying when he entered the shop cos of stranger anxiety, but he was put at ease and calmed first (the toys there helped) before doing the measurements and trying on new shoes which made the whole experience enjoyable. Also going there at week day helped as it’s much quieter then.

J. S.Amazing service, Jenn had sent me some images of stock so I could then make an appointment knowing there was options for my daughter. Kate made the experience so pleasant and comfortable which I think is especially important in these current strange times when children are not frequently visiting shops. So this made my daughter feel at such ease and we bought a fantastic pair of boots and they even had the welly socks I have been searching for when I asked on the off chance.
What a fantastic team and I will certainly be buying all future shoes for my children from Maddie and Marks.
