Superb experience. Had my bag fixed quickly by a friendly member of staff even though it was after 5pm. A previous bag I had fixed there is also holding up very well over a year later. Will be back for any repairs I need

Easily the best shoe repair shop in Glasgow, repaired my Balenciaga triple s for £10 on the day! Most places refused to touch them or were wanting well over £100 for the repair. Couldn’t recommend them any more :)

Just arrived in Glasgow from Canada and our carry-on bag seam had ripped open. Our hotel suggested we try this Mac’s shoe repair for a fix. What a treasure! He did a marvellous repair for us and refused to be paid for it. Unbelievable!! (We did leave him £ though). Exceeded our expectations!!

A literal shoe wizard! On holiday in glasgow, my new walking boots were causing me pain and he both stretched the problem area and shaped me some insoles to stop heel slippage. And such a bargain price! Frankly tempted to save up all my shoe repairs and bring them from London to glasgow in the future…

I came in on Thursday evening with my mother of the groom shoes to have buckle reversed .the shop was about to close and the two cobblers kept shop opened and sorted shoes for me .I can't thank them enough as I was really stressed .I would recommend this shop to everyone, guys were amazing, Thank you ,from Nancy who fell off the bench

A fabulous " old fashioned" style service. I love this place. It's my go to cobblers to get my boots re-heeled, resoled etc and they helped me out on one occasion with some watch strap pins at no charge. Highly recommended.

A wonderful shop and wonderful experience. Needed my daughter's sole reglued on a pair of high end sports trainers - rhyming with Mikey (expected more of that brand to be honest). The team in Macs were super quick and turned the job around professionally, efficiently and friendly. Will be heading back there with all of my shoes in the future.
