D. C.Went in on Wednesday. Ordered a pair of boots and a pair of shoes in size 8 as they were not on stock! A wonderful Helpful lady who's name I forget found them on line. Had them delivered to my door. 5 days max she said. Explaining the imminent Easter long weekend! Boom they turned up today. 3 days later. Fantastic service and of course being Pavers a fantastic shoe/ boot. Thank you to Princess Quay staff, you were awesome and proves that there is still some decent retail staff about, that put their customers first! Top notch service

It seems to me the range of shoes in a wide fitting has been really reduced over the years and there is hardly anything that would fit me now. The staff were helpful and we found 2 pairs of shoes for my 98yr old nana

R.I found the staff most helpful, did the best to assist you to find the right shoes. I purchase a pair of slip ons with over strap as i have wide feet and high arches.(extra wide). The wife not to be outdone purchase a pair of summer shoes.
