I purchased a pair of shoes but had to return them a week later seeking to exchange them for a style that fitted me better. The Manager was extremely helpful in facilitating the exchange by sourcing several styles and sizes to help me select a suitable pair of shoes. A fuss free and pleasant experience, where I traded up to a more expensive style of shoe. I've shopped in this store since it first opened, and have always found the staff to be very helpful in sourcing shoes for me. The range available, the competitive prices and the Clarks brand are a big draw for me, in shopping in this store.

Back today for some shoes. Janice approached us. Hope I've spelt your name correctly Janice? My grandaughter gets a wee bit anxious about getting her feet sized. Janice you were brilliant. Only a few tears from my grandaughter today. And your happy, outgoing, smiling approach got her onside. So much so that she blew you a kiss and as we left the shop my grandaughter (2) said .. Janice - nice lady! And the shoes....her size.....only £10 today. What's not to like? Janice you deserve a 👏👏👏👏👏! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟! Thanks for your help with my granddaughter this morning. Sometimes we just have to bite the bullet and push through in the best interest of the child. She really needed well fitting shoes/boots. Some tears for a short time - understandable if we think sized. of it from the child's point of view. But short-lived and she is sooooo chuffed with her sparkly boots. Thanks for being so nice with her. A watery smile and wave was your reward. Cheers!

Well they do shoes, asking for socks is a new experience for all but I guess we have to get used to the new norm. Unfortunately they didn't have the shoe in the size I wanted but the staff were friendly and helpful none the less.

I would have given 5 stars but the selection of shoes for my toddlers first pair were limited. I had him measured and got a pair I liked. I realised the fit might not have been as good as first thought, so I went back the next day. They couldn't have been more helpful. The assistant got her team leader to help (I wish I got his name!), and he happily spent ages getting the right ones for my son. Unfortunately the only ones that fit were grey and bright orange, which weren't quite as nice and neutral as the lovely brown ones we initially had. I took them as I know he needs the first pair especially to fit more than look good, but I was still quite disappointed. The staff more than made up for it though, so I'd definitely recommend this store.

Shoes are cheaper here than in original store. Great shop for parents getting kids sized for school shoes. You take a number and they measure your kids feet, you then go and pick the shoes from the massive range they have out on display. Obviously if you need help the staff are on hand. So much easier than the original Clarks but still Clarks shoes. Much quicker too.

This was a problem free shoe shop. We found my daughter suitable shoes from an adequate selection. Stage were helpful enough but not pushy in the least.

They are a shoe I wouldn't go without and u get it feet measured and you also get them a wee bit cheaper if they have ur size of not the centre has a Clarks aswell so if not got it size just nip across to Almonvale .Xx
