Good products for a fair price, but don't count on the customer service. The staff that handled me didn't smile and looked distracted. I requested a size and it was unavailable, the staff then insisted on me to buy a size smaller for some reason. She didn't look impressed when I ask her to locate the same product at another branch either. The store is clean and has great layout though.

Top location, friendly staff. Walked in with defective Aldo shoes on which I had bought online. Explained the situation to the staff and two friendly girls immediately took care of it. Brought out a few pairs of the same shoes for me to check and try. I took one, slipped into them and walked off. As simple as that!

Filippo Onori is the best thing to ever happen to this busy shoe store. I had very specific requirements and it was very late. Filippo took the time and care to ensure I got good vegan shoes. I might have been the last customer her served after a long day, but his effort was 100%. Give this man a raise!!!!

Attentive shop assistants even with the crowd! Some shops fail to cope. Good system- using mobile devices to bring out the shoes you want to try and it didn’t take long!

Left a valuable item at Aldo, and only realized once it was closed. Went there immediately and the staff there who were closing up the store made sure they kept it safe. Really appreciate the sincerity of the staff there including Mr. Vito’s.

It is a COMFORT shoe store, not to be confused with a fashionable and sassy shoe store. This store is great for people who work on their feet all day or for people with special shoe needs, definitely not a good place to find sexy-n-comfy shoes to match that sexy dress for this weekend's dance off.But anyway i love Aldo Shoes!
