I bought a pair of mens tree runners (Kauri marine blue) on line at my actual size. The website recommends to size down but I found them a little neat but were fine with light socks and bare feet. I love these shoes as so comfy, light and breathable. No wonder they are getting so popular. As the tree runners are more summer wear, I wanted a pair of the Wool Runners Mizzles that have an additional water repellant for Winter. Nothing to do with seeing Paul McCartney wearing them on tv for interview last week! So I decided to go to London and visit the shop to purchase these. I explained what I found with my on line purchase and the young man serving said no worries I can refund or replace even after wearing a few times, without box as within 1 month from purchase. That is Allbirds satisfaction guarantee - amazing. Anyway, to check, he brought me a size down , actual size and size up of the Tree Runners and actual size was the right shoe for me. So I kept them and very happy that I checked it out in store. The snugness was similar to what he was wearing in the shop himself. We tried the same sizes on the Mizzles and size up for me was perfect. Well worth the journey to the shop in Covent Garden. The shop service was very professional, relaxed, courteous and efficient. I think he went the extra mile with me. I love these shoes and the most comfortable ever. I must give credit to my wife for the intro 👍.

The most comfortable shoes I’ve ever worn. A great added benefit is that all the shoes are created in an environmentally friendly and conscious way. The wool line up is also water repellant so it is great for rainy London weather and puddles. They are worth the investment. They even do socks now!

I've never bought shoes quicker, solely due to the excellent customer service, I was able to find the perfect shoe extremely quickly. There isn't much of a variety of shoes available but I find that as a massive pro as it helps make a decision quicker when the shoes available are simply perfect.

Oh my goodness. I accidentally found this place and am now totally hooked. The shoes a super light, comfy and made of eucalyptus tree fibres 🤯. The staff are very helpful but give you the space to think about what to buy.

From SFO to London. Was really surprised to find Allbirds shop in London and of course really ahppy because I think of how to getting my second pairs when they have shops only in the US. Purchased my second pairs, limited for Earth Day today. Staff super sweet and great service. Love the store which is much much bigger than the one in San Francisco. The location of the shop is also not that far from the main shopping area.

I now have a very comfortable pair of shoes, the staff are great and I hope they are successful enough to open branches in other English cities. These Willem shoes with fully recyclable soles are much better than the imitations from Amazon. Unfortunately, I was pressed for time and would like to know whether the inner soles are available separately.

The only Allbirds store in London at present. It is very easily accessible and have got a lots of good collection. The comfort of the shoes is really great. The staff was very welcoming and also they had good knowledge of their products. Would surely like to shop again. The price is a bit high, but good products always comes with a good price and the quality is great.

I was a bit sceptical buying a pair of wool trainers for £95 in the beginning. I initially visited the shop and had a quick look around. I decided not to buy. But then a friend suggested we go back and try a pair on to see how they feel. And that's it, I bought them. They do feel very comfortable and soft to wear. Perfect for walking around in my upcoming trip to Asia. I suggest that you give them a try if you're interested.

The only Allbirds store in Europe.Like their website they have the same selection of shoes here, only you can try them here. The staff are friendly and help you to choose from their different selection. They also let us take a free pair of shoe laces 😀. The shop has unique design with tree shaped seating and wooden benches.I had a very good experience.

Most comfortable shoes. Ever. Wool runners last ages..and are washable. Wool does stretch but washing em solves that. New tree toppers are rad. Free alternate laces n London badge a cool touch. Staff couldn't have been more helpful. Portable line busting card swipe machine means no line ups when in a rush.

Wonderful staff and concept but the shoes I purchased had sufficient height for my toes. I therefore purchased a size larger than I should have needed.

Staff were amazingly friendly and if that wasn't enough the shoes were better. Truly is the most comfortable shoes in the world and I could literally feel it the moment I slipped my foot in.
