Good experience purchasing my first Barker shoes served by Imran. I tried on 3 different style of shoes, in different sizes and made the experience engaging. I hope to see him there for my next purchase.

I bought a pair of Barker shoes, the ones on their creative style. Unless you know what you want, don't expect much help, they will just show you around the different models and let you know which colours could match better for your suit, but that's it. Better to know about the brand and do some research yourself. Apart from that, shoes are great quality, great finish and light. I'll be back to exchange them but for a new pair since the ones i bought, the right food was in exposition and it's bit used at the sole.

Bought a pair of shoes as a present. The female store manager was very informative and helpful with regards to making the final choice. Check out assistant was also helpful with regard to acceptably packing and sheltering the shoes on this rainy day.

This has the largest selection of shoes in any of the London shop and although I’ve had better service from the Old broad Street branch and more knowledgable service from the Jermyn Street branch, the staff here seem very nice and helpful and I can’t complain about the quality of the shoes. Returns/exchanges are very strange with Barker - you can only return/exchange them to the same store and no online returns in store, such a strange policy as you’d think you could return their shoes to any of their branches.

For this price point I think the shoes are excellent. Classy, easy to break in and have quality leather. The service on the other hand, does not match the quality of the shoes. Staff seem a bit aloof and sometimes I even wonder if they want to work there.

in the past they have given me a full refund, not a credit note, on a pair of Chelsea Boots after an attempt to fix them did not work. i have also discussed different types of last with one of the salesman, so you can get lucky with the knowledge of the staff. but agree that they can be standoffish. they work in London after all.

This location has the ladies collection as the Jermyn Street shop does not. Not the most knowledgeable staff but they were very eager to help me find the right shoe.
