Think they are fab here. Very honest ie if your child doesn't need shoes they will tell you. Great place to buy froddo or ricosta school shoes.

Wonderful experience. From the moment I walked in, beautiful murals on wall, teddy for kids to play with. Excellent selection of shoes, with really caring very knowledgable staff. Been to other shoe shops and never felt quite staff knew what they were really doing, but at Brian's Temple Fortune that certainly wasn't the case. My daughter needed school shoes, which were fitted well and I was given a great selection to choose from. The trainers that I went in with I asked if needed replacing. How refreshing for a small business to say "no, they still fit" - I can only rave about this wonderful, unique kids shoe shop.

We came here to buy our first pair of shoes for our 1 year old daughter. We thought the sales assistant was very knowledgeable; she measured baby's feet, and asked how long she'd been waking before suggesting any shoes. She was very friendly to baby and fitted the shoes calmly and carefully, then took baby for a walk around to make sure she was comfortable. She didn't have our size in the right colour so she called the other store and asked them to send it in. The phone call took about 30 seconds. Overall, we were all very happy with the experience and would recommend this store to or friends with little ones.

Went this morning with my 3 for the dreaded school shoe trip. Have heard great things about this shop but never been before. Got there a few minutes before it opened, were seen within 5 minutes of the store opening (there was a family already ahead of us) and got 6 pairs of shoes, properly fitted by a friendly, efficient and knowledgeable shoe fitter in under 45 minutes. I can't imagine shopping for children's shoes anywhere else now.

Very rarely (if ever!) have I felt the need to contact a business to let them know what wonderful service I received, but today your staff went above and beyond and I just had to let you know how impressed I was. I was served by a lady called Tan and her knowledge, patience and the way she dealt with my 2 year old was just fantastic. A lady called Sharon also helped us and again, she was so helpful and just lovely with my daughter. We left with two pairs of shoes and will definitely be back when we need some more. Your staff really are a credit to your business.

I purchase shoes from Brians's regularly since last 5 years. The shoes were magnificent and the whole experience was excellent. Raj served me and was helpful and patient without any pressure every time. Perfect shopping experience every time. I have worn my new shoes since someone has commented positively on them and they are so comfortable. Totally recommended you go there and buy some real florentine leather shoes from a real family shoe business.

Nice little shop with a wide range of kids' shoes in many sizes. Quite pricey, but this is fine if you need a higher level of quality and comfort for everyday wear (e.g. school shoes). Staff are friendly and knowledgeable.
