Fabulous courteous old fashioned service- the way it should be! Helpful,polite and friendly, took the trouble to help us thoroughly, making sure we were happy with our purchase, the fit, style and colour of the shoes. Top quality all leather brogues, even offering a re soling service upon request. Assistant was extremely knowledgeable, measuring ones foot correctly and presenting different sizes without complaint. Not pretentious as some can be- made to feel welcome and valued. Extremely well made footwear , we are very pleased indeed and will return for further colours in the same style. Most comfortable well fitting shoes we have purchased for my sons awkward shaped feet! Very thoughtful assistant even polished them for us before expertly packing them in the stylish box. Five star service and products, well worth the money spent.

I bought a pair of shoes in this shop. The lady in this shop is very nice. However, I want to say my experience is not very well, as the quality of the shoes was not as good as it is supported to be, considering its price. Hence, I went to the shop three times to exchange a good pair. Anyway. The lady is quite nice, she may be the primary reason I give 4 stars for this shop.

Still one of the world's best high-end shoe brands, and the in-store customer service is second to none. Not everybody's style, and not everybody's price point, but if you are in to shoes that are lifetime investment than this is one of the places you'll definitely want to check out. Basically the opposite of online shopping and refreshing for it, but they do very good customer support via email so they're not luddites.😀

I'd always wanted a pair of Church's, and the service I received when I finally had the chance to buy a pair was first class. I have very large feel, so finding shoes that are big enough and stylish can be a problem. Here, I could get bespoke large shoes if I didn't fit into a stock size, in the most beautiful colours. Highly recommended.

Mainly a shoe shop, I bought a tie here on a whim, which I'm rather fond of. As a sartotially inclined vegetarian I'm always a bit frustrated that it's nigh on impossible to buy smart men's shoes which aren't made of leather.
