A lovely Italian gentleman (sadly we have forgotten his name but we know he supports Juventus Football Team!) served us as well as his colleagues. They were all so polite and welcoming and managed to order us the last pair of my husbands all time favourite shoes. He’s wanted them for years and was so excited. Everybody was extremely friendly and engaging it made us leave with a big smile on our face. We even talked about how fabulous the service and staff were later on. S.If you go to this store do look out for Alberto - extremely knowledgeable about the entire set of collections - he knows the difference of each shoe inside out. Full of energy, engaging without being pushy as it relates to closing a sale, a real breath of fresh air. Super professional.
A. Z.I bought one pair of fantastic shoes, Tunbridge, thk to a fantastic assistant of the shop who gave me the right advices. If I remeber well, his name is Alberto: very patient , polite and smart. It has been a great experience with him.

With London being the first stop on that vacation, I didn’t pack any fine shoes, as I planned to purchase a new pair of Church shoes while in London. We arrived at the New Bond Street store after it closed for the day, but my wife tried the door and it opened. We were greeted by a salesman finishing up a sale to his last customer. After he finished, he fitted me with a pair of fine black Oxford shoes that I still own and wear on very special occasions ... those Church shoes were purchased 35 years ago. I have also telephoned the New Bond Street store from San Francisco, ordered several pairs of Church shoes and had them arrive in the post a few days later.
