As a dr Martens shop for me the greatest one in London. In this place at climatic Camden Market, with all these colourful People around you feel that you're in the place where these boots are at home. Great choice of boots and not only. Shop is busy but they've got a very helpful staff. To all those complaining that these shoes are made somewhere outside UK - just jump out of about 70/80£ more and you buy those - made in UK :) This shop is a must see for 'martens' lovers.

I have been looking for my dream boots (1B60 Max Hardware Platform) everywhere since Christmas as I was gifted a voucher. Kayleigh answered the phone and was super helpful. Kayleigh even kindly checked stock in other stores and online for me! Although unfortunate news for now they aren't available, thank you so much for your lovely service! :D

Had a great experience here. I went in store instead of buying online as I have small feet and wondered how they’d fit. The staff were attentive, knowledgable and friendly. I was impressed by their range, it’s not all bright pink and studs anymore, there are definitely more wearable designs now. If this is your first time going - take socks with you! Especially the big chunky ones that you might use to break in your new shoes.

Love this store! I'm a huge Dr Martens fan and own many pairs! This shop has a rant nice touch, bigger than most and also has a gig room where they sometimes good music and love bands. When this is not going on to get to walk through the history of Dr Martens which is pretty cool!

Went to get new shoes with my friend. The salesperson, Andrea, was super helpful, he let us try on a bunch of different pairs and came up with alternatives when they didn't have the shoes we wanted to try on in our size. I went to the store around midday on a Wednesday so it wasn't so busy. The assistant initially said the shoes I wanted were out of stock and would check other stores...lucky for me a pair appeared on there system that they were in stock! So saved me a trip to their Covent Garden store 😀. Good service and a pair of quality made shoes.

Great customer service over the phone from both covent garden state and this store to guide me here. I visited the store looking for a pair of boots that unfortunately were not in stock and was served by Eshe, who was SO helpful, saying to me that 'She would not let it beat her.'. After searching around all the Dr Marten stores she eventually contacted her colleagues at the Portsmouth store who had a pair, which were duly posted to my home in Leeds, where they arrived less than 72 hours later - FABULOUS customer service, cannot praise your member of staff highly enough - Wonderful!! :)

This place was OK but I was a little shocked at the general lack of quality in the boots given that this is the place where Docs come from. The store staff didn't seem to know a great deal about them and I ended up walking out discouraged by their lack of interest. At least they were nice to me! Unlike other stores.

I have been buying boots from this store for over 15years. The sevice and knowledge of the staff is unmatched by any other shoe store. This store is the meca if you are looking for British made boots. If you want DMs Solovair or Loake this is the only place to go. I now live in Houston, Texas but purchase boots from them and they have them delivered to my home. If you are looking for the original Docs from the 1990s you could be lucky and find the boots that were around then. I recently visted the store while in London and had to go there to see what exclusive boots they have from Doctor Marten , Solovair and Loakes. Every time i visit the store there are clients from all over the world that make a special trip to buy the most exclusive boots you can get.
